  • The law doesnt wont video of them because they cant lie and tell things the way they wont to tell them. They are out of control and they know it ,we know it and they will do what ever it takes to keep the control over the ppl.

  • They wont to put you in jail for video recording a police officer the only thing you have to say to him .>>>IS YOU ARE A PUBLICE OFFICIAL .There for he cant say any thing about having the expectation of any privacy uf any damn law. You can record any cop and at any time he is on duty . THATS WHY HES A PUBLIC SERVANT.HENCE THE WORD >>>PUBLIC<<<

  • Great Vlog, Great guy , Great opinions.

  • Police state! Warning you live in a police state, fellow Americans.

  • This is a pretty incredible story. Thanks for sharing. Next time though, please don't generalize all cops as being bad and trying to get away with illegal actions. There are some dirty cops out there, but there are also A LOT of good ones that fight very hard to keep us safe!!!!!

  • It's a twofold problem. Cops have the attitude that they can walk on water. As citizens, we have been trained to believe it. In court you have nobody on your side unless you hire a lawyer. Cops, county attorneys, judges etc are all against you. Without a lawyer or an extremely high level of knowledge of the law, you don't stand a chance. The judge will "guard the cops back." This a video that every freedom defender should see. Nice job!!

  • to voluminous

  • Thank the Lord...someone in the Judiciary still has a brain

  • A cop(NYPD)that pulled me over because I ran a red light, driving a cab with the cab driver(without a license for it),and was drunk(.16)and and underage(20),my friend pretended to have chest pains,he called the ambulance, and they found out he was ok,but that was after the cop actually let me go to where my friend said to drop it off(a lie).I was surprised,he let me driver the car after, without a license and drunk, also,I did not even take a sobriety test, extremely lucky, very leint cop,was relieved

  • No expectation oof privacy on a public hwy. Cops all think they are above the law. tHEY SHOULD BE ON THE CITIZENS SIDE OF FREEDOM. tHEIR OWN FAMIIES ARE THE SAME PUBLIC.

  • You don't have an expectation of privacy in public plain and simple!!!

  • I couldn't fit the whole message into a comment, so I sent it to you in a message, please check your inbox. much appreciated!

  • Not sure how you drew the line between wire tapping dismissal and "beating and tazzing" in the video notes. O.o

Colorado, where i live, has nothing even close to the laws your talking about.

  • Holy balls, 16 years!?

  • Anthony should sue THEM for arresting him for this bullshit and the trouble he went trough.

They come see his computer and OMG he has a computer lets take it cos he posted a video of a cop on youtube.

  • Lets hope the DA that pushed these silly charges gets held accountable as well.

  • It's for your protection. But not your benefit.

  • Are you related to Philip Defranco? You look and sound like him. lol

  • @311fob "Are you related to Philip Defranco? You look and sound like him. lol" LOL I wish! That would be awesome. I look up to Philip Defranco a lot so I guess it comes out with out trying. But unlike Philip Defranco He covers 2-4 stories in 3-4 mins and I cover one story in 9-15:59 mins. lol. Mainly because I use stories as a spring board to talk about subjects. Take this comment reply, way to long your already leav...

  • 100TH VIDEO, WOO

  • @lynxnatt "100TH VIDEO, WOO" Thank you for noticing! I wasn't sure if it was a big deal or not. I might make a big deal about video 250 if I make it that far. Thanks for watching btw.

  • I remember this story. I'm glad the guy got off. That would really suck if he went to jail for that bullshit

  • I think the cop who was undercover or off-duty who withdrew his weapon for a TRAFFIC STOP is insane and should be disciplined or fired. Further, if he was off-duty then he had ZERO authority to stop the guy on the bike. Zero. I also laughed at the obviousness of the Judges statement. In many other threads and commentaries (various sites I visit) many people were applauding the judge for upholding our rights. Many others pointed out -- THAT'S HIS JOB.
