i first seen this game as an arcade machine in this gas station when i was a kid. when i played it on sega, i got RAPED! or should i say i got my ass handed to me?
CHAKAN FORFUCKINGEVER!!!!!!!!! This is the best game ever made in the whole flippin universe! This is was so bleak, dark and desolate and why the hell didn't they let you save your game? How did they expect you to beat the four bosses in the elemental planes after the first one? I once kept my genisis on for like two weeks because of this game. And I might add, the theme kinda has a Skinny Puppy-ishness to it don't it? CHAKAN FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!
I remember this game. This is the few games that did not frack around. I remember playing it and saying, "No, I'm not doing this to myself." Then I went back to playing Castle of Illusion starring Mickey Mouse.
Insanely difficult, I remember. Consider that Chakan can live forever so I suppose he has insanely difficult tasks. The dude is cursed with his so called "eternal life!"
I must agree with you... Chakan is Insanely difficult! In my childhood I´ve played it. In the start, you need to kill, if I´m not wrong, 6 enemies... well.. after hours, days, with a lot of pain, i´ve beaten them.... then.... ANOTHER BOSSES APPEAR!!!! Much harder than the previous! I never played it again...... I think I´m weak... :(
