From the place the quake happended the wave only needed some minutes to reach the closest island, and appr. 10-15 minutes to reach Java main island. Thanks for the truth! If the Tsunami sensor system shows explicite higher sea level, any Tsunami warning is first" approved by local or international burocrazy and non experts ! Subsea decetors should be directly connected to sirens on beaches and trigger automatically an alert without any approval. Even two minutes prewarning could save lifes

I don't ever remember tsunamis before the sumatra tsunami and the ones since then. How can the U.S. escape this? I don't think it will.

@Wivanunu volcanoes and tsunamis are not new. Volcano had developed the Hawaiian islands. This are is near what is called the ring of fire because it near the plates, ( picture a conveyor belt or tread mill, where the surface goes down and new surface comes up ). For the earth the rocks etc, remelt due to sinking at the plates, this movement cause earth quakes. Volcanoes create land - lava turns to rock. It's a natural process....
