Well, you're in luck. There may not be any official remixes, but Tony Thai made remixes of all the original F-Zero themes (plus Illusion) using the instrument set from F-Zero X. This includes not just one X-styled remix of Port Town, but two. The second one has a live guitar. They're both simply godlike! You should look them up, if you haven't already.
