It is a blatant violation of Taitz's ethical duties as a lawyer to seek out inappropriate personal contacts with judges to confront them with her perceived questions about the case. Have you ever heard of the phrase "ex parte contact"? Look it up.

This woman needs to be investigated by the California state bar, and permanently disbarred.

@cbreitel Maybe the issue at hand, namely the legality of the US government, kind of outweighs the complaint about Dr. Orly Taitz in terms of importance? What you brought up was with regards to social niceties in relation to the professional conduct. of Dr.Taitz in reality the gloves come off, it happens. That issue compared to trying to take the President of the USA to court I think thats a bit trivial.

If Obama wanted to do away with the bad publicity concerning his birth certificate couldn't he with the aid of his staff dealt with it by now? Obviously there is something being covered up. Why are the courts not dealing with it and stalling this endlessly?

As I understand it, Taitz is saying that standing for Berg's case wasn't a matter of Friday conference. It's possible that staffers pass judgment on some of these. They look at a LOT of cases in these conferences. Or else, something about it didn't impress Scalia, if he himself stands by a statement that he never saw this case in conference. So.

Obama needs to either prove the Conservatives wrong or correct. He can do that by showing all his records...real birth certificate, college records, medical history, passports. What is so difficult about that Mr. Obama if you were, indeed, born in the United States???

If the Supreme Court was responsble for validating Obama''s birth, then why not question the system that was put in place? or George Bush, who was still president before Obama was sworn in?

If ya still aren't there..then you may resort to "Law of Nations" E Vattel 's monumental opus from which the Framers drew their inspiration ...ref to Bingham 14th Amendment and well it goes on and on. First off, de Vatel's book "The Law of Nations" was written in 1754 by a Swiss jurist. It is not part of US law. The Founders probably were referring to it when they wrote the Constitution. But they did not put that definition into law. The 14th Amend. grants natural citizenship by right of birthplace. The exemption you refer to is meant to cover children of diplomats and soldiers stationed in the US. Under the 14th Amend. Obama is a NBC.
