As a Michigan man, I'll admit that although he was never a particularly rare talent on the field, he's perhaps the most balanced and objective announcer in college football. He's a good guy.
As a UM fan I like Herbstreit as a sports announcer. Bauserman the OSU back up reminds me of a new version of Herbstreit. OSU just better hope they don't lose Pryor. For years till Krenzel stepped on campus it seemed OSU was inept at the qb spot in the OSU UM game. Should Bauserman get thrown in there I'd expect more of the same.

There's your problem right there. Brent's supposed to be a play-by-play guy. He's supposed to tell you who ran or threw, who caught it, tackled, yards gained, down distance and so on. He doesn't do any of that.

As a UM fan I like Herbstreit as a sports announcer. Bauserman the OSU back up reminds me of a new version of Herbstreit. OSU just better hope they don't lose Pryor. For years till Krenzel stepped on campus it seemed OSU was inept at the qb spot in the OSU UM game. Should Bauserman get thrown in there I'd expect more of the same.

@bwc3821 I don't know. Seems 50/50. He jumped and was pushed but landing on a guy doesn't really seem like a dangerous hit. Hirbstreet writhing helped the call more than the severity of the contact. If he headhunted it would've been plain dirty but he lands across his pads.
