  • Contract: Another word for "hit"

  • 2 bad presidents.. plain and simple. republicans, you know bush was a disaster.. democrats, you know obama has made it worse.

can we at least come to terms here?

  • Guess I need to call my Congressman - in addition to the items listed here (which I emphatically support), the GOP needs to introduce a Constitutional Amendment to allow the people to petition, then vote, to remove Justices from the USSC. They work for us, right? We should be able to fire them if their work is unsatisfactory.

  • According to some of the hard tea party supporters, they consider Congressman Boehner and Senator McConnell "RINOs" and say they're spinless..... Hmmmm......

  • Thank you democrats. Best ad for voting Conservative I've ever seen. You did a great job.

  • Wow, with an ending statement of Get the Facts, I'd have to agree. Get the facts so you realize how misleading this video is and how misrepresentative of the Tea Party principles it is. The video verges on outright lies. But to those that read this, don't take my word for it or the word of the above video, Google 'Tea Party' and find out what they are really about.

  • Heh... they list all those like they're bad things. Silly progressives.

  • Err... where did number 10 come from?

    I don't recall that

  • What a bunch of libturd Democrap horseshit

  • Blind ass Kool Aid drinkers. Wanna lay blame for our financial mess? Look to Chris Dodd and Barney Frank, the foxes left to guard the Fannie / Freddie chicken coop. DC is full of rats and pigs. They are in both parties, and all need to go. America is rising, The Tea Party is here, and we are coming for all the vermin. So While BHO shreds the Constitution and Pelosi loots the treasury, know that your days are numbered. America is waking up.

  • @rustellavids

Give one example of BHO shredding the constitution. Eminent domain laws? Nope, republicans. Patriot act? No again. Outing CIA agents? Nada. Starting unjust wars? Um...Wrong. Torture? Think again.

    Please enlighten us...

  • This video is a lie. The Contract from America was created by the votes of hundreds of thousands of Americans. It does not represent the Republican Party or even the tea party. The 10 points of the contract are American principles of fiscal responsibility and limited government, the very principles that lead the American colonists to defeat the British, the very principles that millions of Americans have died to preserve so the idiots defrutled can live in liberty.

  • disturbingly true

  • Hey Dem Rapid Response ...how about some rapid response on JOBS Obama 20 months in 2 trillions dollars later and NOT 1 FUCKING JOB CREATED...

    want more unemployment..VOTE DEM

  • the republicans are a DISASTER for the country!

  • WOW! Can you imagine that? Wanting to rid the Federal Government of non-Constitutional Departments? Fix Social Security before it goes broke? Extend tax breaks for employers? Make it worthwhile to invest in America's companies?

Crazy talk, eh? I am the "middle class" and my taxes are going up -- although it's hidden under so-called "health care", although the Federal Government itself is arguing in court that IT IS A TAX! And then we have that lovely, ever-increasing deficit!

  • @fenguri haha!

  • @fenguri social security has a surplus and there is no issue with it now paying out fully until 2037. then it is down to 75% if nothing is done. Your taxes are lower than they have been in sixty years. your taxes are lower than they were under such radical socialists as Eisenhower and Reagan. Eisnehower by the way presided over and 90% rate for the wealthy Americans. The Republicans created and always create the deficit. So what will we have when they are voted back in, more debt for nothing.

  • @TranceMasterJ: We are in the midst of the largest expansion of government in the history of our nation. And when you speak of Republican presidents and their taxes, let's be fair and look at who controlled Congress. After all, the Bills must originate in the House and pass the Senate.

Also, the CBO itself says that Social Security will start drawing in less than it is paying out as early as next year!

  • @fenguri everything you just said is complete bullshit. Reagon, Bush, and Bush never once sent a balanced budget or a fiscally responsibile budget to Congress. So don't blame congress for Republican spending. Besides Emperor Bush had a Republican Congress for six years and created the record deficit we have now. His tax cuts are responsible for one third of the deficit, the economic downturn is responsible for another third (an economic downturn caused by the Republican President and Congress).

  • @TranceMasterJ Emperor bush was a liar and a progressive, but obama makes him look like an amateur. And no one said that some debt or certain kinds of deficit were unacceptable (not good by any means though) but levels like we have had for the past 2 or 3 years is, and to justify obama by pointing out that someone else did it is kindergarten logic. Come up with something else please.

  • @TranceMasterJ @TranceMasterJ: We are in the midst of the largest expansion of government in the history of our nation. And when you speak of Republican presidents and their taxes, let's be fair and look at who controlled Congress. After all, the Bills must originate in the House and pass the Senate.

Also, the CBO itself says that Social Security will start drawing in less than it is paying out as early as next year!

  • @fenguri Everything is unconstitutional to you guys. So, which Constitution are you referring to? The one from 1800? 1910? 1970? 2010?

And, if you're in the middle-class, your average earnings dropped 5% during GW's reign, and you were taxed for two unfunded wars, tax cuts for millionaires, unfunded prescription drug program...you're paying for all kind of Bush TAX INCREASES.

And, social sec is fine for 40+ years and will need tweeking. Reagan did a good job on SS. Truly.

  • Tophun: No. Obama has NEVER raised taxes on the middle class. He has done the opposite and given the middle class a tax break. Where in the world did you hear that BS?

  • @dfrutled What do you call Health Care? The government is in court right now defending the mandate to purchase health insurance as a TAX!!

  • The Democrats basically govern like most Republicas forty years ago. The Republican victory is the process of shifting politics further and further to the Right over the last thirt years, to where Liberals are much more Conservative than they use to be. Both parties will take us backward: Democrats will take us back forty years or so; Republicans will take us back to the Middle Ages and Feudalism.

  • This would be more effective is the part about Republicans' intent to abolish Social Security was first, and the "repeal health care" as 4th or 5th.

  • Hm, Change the music from something ominous to something uplifting, and it becomes a promotional piece.

The idea of arguing FOR a larger Federal government, against personal choice and responsibility and ignoring the Constitution is intriguing to me.

  • THIS is the type of LUNATIC we need out of office!

    watch?v=W1-eBz8hyoE

    watch?v=vAYDIyip5ZU

  • @oneclassytouch Guess where Dick Cheney went to get his heart surgery? That horrible socialist VA (paid for by you and me). What happened to the horrors of socialized medicine? If its so bad, why is this multi-millionaire going to the VA and not some private hospital? Is he a cheapskate?

  • @kefluv first off his first surgert was in 1988 and not being a vet it was not paid for by vetrans,...second the surgery you are talking about took place in a va hospital simply because it is the most secure hospital on the planet and even Presidents go there..and that one was paid for by his ins which comes with being being VP ..Typical of a liberal socialists to know not a single fact before they name call and comment...

  • @oneclassytouch I wonder who pays for that insurance for him being Vice President? As long as you don't see the irony of ALL OF US paying a multi-millionaire's doctor bills while he decries 'the horrors of socialized medicine', it must not exist.

So, according to you, he went to the 'horrible socialized medicine' of the VA because it was more secure, not because it was better? He sacrificed his health, to save from paying for his own security. He's not a hypocrite. He's just a cheapskate.

  • @kefluv You show me a bill to prove who paid then and only then do I wish to see your claptrap...if he is a cheap skate being the 2nd most important man on the planet and recieving special treatment then you being a nobody are just a mooch wanting others to pay for you and yours..If you have a problem with paying for medical treatment that ALL vets earn then tough... you get medicaid that will satisify your socialist heart but I want the gov out of my docs office...

  • @oneclassytouch So you think Cheney paying for his visit to the VA (which I'm sure he didn't) makes it okay? The VA is SOCIALIZED MEDICINE whether he paid for it out of his own pocket or not. ALL the doctors still work for the GOVERNMENT. I don't mind him (or any veteran) getting treatment at the VA (which scores the highest in patient satisfaction, btw), what I mind is his hypocrisy. He wants 'the gov out of his docs office' too, yet he chooses to go to a hospital that's run by the government?

  • Oh yeah, I forgot to add go ahead and call me a racist since thats all you have left.

  • These ideas sound pretty good to me. Especially "appeal Obamacare". Thanks DNC for showing us the difference between the dems and the gop. It should make everyone's decision to vote "red" this fall a little easier. This nation has had enough of your tax and spend policies for the last year and a half.

  • What an absolute total bunch of bull. Why is it wrong to live by the constitution? Why is it unacceptable to remind our fellow American's it's a country of the people, by the people and for the people? The Obamacrats continue to plung this country into financial disaster and all the lemmings blindly go after them.

  • The hardest job of the GOP is to to trick the avg person to believe that the GOP have their best interest at heart.

They can't win Avg pple over with policy, b/c the GOP's policies consist of giving tax cuts to the top 2% or big Corps or big Oil, none of which help the avg person. So how do they do it? FEAR and RACISM.

They try to scare the shit out of you & make you believe that the GOP can save you from the other party, so that you will vote against your own interests and vote for the GOP

  • @dfrutled you think the GOP tricks people??People call the dem party thye party for poor people and is simply because they keep the people who have voted for them their entire life poor...How many dems are on welfare and have never had the opportunity to get off of it?If the dems conntrol where you get your money they control you..It can never get any plainer than that...

  • @dfrutled

You said, "They try to scare the shit out of you & make you believe that the GOP can save you from the other party, so that you will vote against your own interests and vote for the GOP"

That is called the FALSE LEFT RIGHT PARADIEGM!!! They BOTH do it FOR each others best interest! Pelosi didn't want single payer or government option any more than John Boehner did!!! But she will insist that those "damn republicans" keep blocking it. TOTAL B-LLSH-T!!!

  • @FreeinTX Keep trolling texas guy. Your state has gone totally wacko. Look at the people who you all put in Congress. Look at your state rewriting the school textbooks to meet their crazy religious agenda.

If you are worried about paying higher taxes then why do you vote GOP? Unless you make 250K a year, the GOP want to raise your taxes and give the tax cut to the rich.

  • @dfrutled

You said, "Keep trolling texas guy." I'm NOT trolling. I am expressing my opinion and trying to further debate!

You said, "Your state has gone totally wacko. Look at the people who you all put in Congress." RON PAUL comes from Texas, and HE could have avoided this economic mess! But your right, we have a lot of RINO GOP IDIOT DOUCEBAGS in Texas! Which is WHY the Tea Party was formed and is so seccessful in Texas! We hate the GOP more than YOU!

  • @dfrutled

You said, "Look at your state rewriting the school textbooks to meet their crazy religious agenda." And look at YOU support an IDIOT who thinks we need groups like the one in Texas determining what should go in every textbook in the country! I'm all for doing away with the Department of Education and allowing parent run school boards to decide for themselves what they should teach their kids!!! Instead we get NUTS in charge of "panels" and screw us all!

  • @dfrutled

How is a lawyer THIS ignorant? Ohh I see, Loyola Law! It says graduate, NOT practising lawyer, do you plan on getting a job in our government going after healthcare cheats like they go after tax cheats? Sit on some arbitration board denying people's rights to a jury trial? Arguing that "General Welfare" means do whatever you want? What kind of law?

  • @FreeinTX An arbitration board to deny someone a jury trial? You obviously have no idea what you are talking about mon frere.

  • @dfrutled

Uhh, B-LLSH-T!!! There are SEVERAL provisions in the new healthcare law that will REQUIRE people to take their disputes to binding arbitration rather than to jury trial, and FORBID legal actions that lead to jury trial in MANY instances!!!

Vaccine Courts are a perfect status quo example of the types arbitration models set forth in this healthcare plan!!!

  • @dfrutled I have to agree with you. Sheila Jackson Lee is a nutjob.

Once light was shed on what the textbook committee was trying to do, they were voted out of office.

I am FOR jobs, you are actually arguing FOR taxes. I am FOR personal freedom, you are FOR giving the government YOUR rights. Rhetoric aside, the largest problem I have with BOTH parties, is they BOTH suck. Why help them screw up the minutiae of my life?

  • @dfrutled

You said, "They try to scare the shit out of you & make you believe that the GOP can save you from the other party, ...."

If the Left is doing such a great job, how is the GOP going to convince the average American that he needs to be saved in the first place? Fact is, 70% of Americans did NOT want this healthcare. 99.99% did not want the bail-out. 70% of our country LIKE our gun rights. 80% of the country want a secure border AND no amnesty (or anything like it).

  • Didn't obama just raise taxes on the middle class?

  • @topgun70009 no, you're paying the lowest taxes in sixty years. you are paying lower taxes than you did under that Socialist Eisenhower, who also favored a progressive income tax (where the top 2% paid 90% of their income in taxes), social security, and unemployment insurance. Eisenhower even said that any party that tried to undo social security and unemployment insurance would die quickly. fortunately the thought, those people were too few and stupid (his words not mine) to actually try.

  • @TranceMasterJ so now as Social Security is now entirely funded by unfunded IOUs sitting in our treasury, do you think Eisenhower was right? I do, because Americans feel, right or wrong, that paying into Social Security entitles them to pay out. In reality, Social Security is a Ponzi scheme founded by FDR and when the final recipients are left holding the bag, boy will they be pissed. I won't want to be a Democrat on that day -- and, thankfully, I won't be.

  • @dfrutled three fingers point back, dude. In this case, the Obama Administration was responsible for the "Big Oil" spill -- Obama gives safety award to rig which has fire, and then Coast Guard (who has total responsibility under federal law for fighting oil rig fires) fails to properly fight said fire, causing the rig to sink and the oil spill to happen. And where does the buck stop for you guys -- over in Texas, or with the Republicans who don't control a thing right now? But we will!

  • @dfrutled All Corporations collect money for their expenses from citizens, the little guy. That means their customers. Taxes, regulatory costs, environmental costs, union labor, non union labor, WE pay it all. Raising taxes on Big OIL, BIG PHARMA, or ANY Corporation means YOU pay more. How stupid can you be? Just because YOU dont get it, doesnt mean everyone is that stupid.

  • @luvcheney1 good post

Makes you wonder doesn't it? That people actually think that taking money away from a company you buy stuff from is actually going to benefit the person doing the buying. I don't get how liberals are supposed to be soooo smart, but can't seem to grasp reality.

It's just the food chain. Minnows get eaten, sharks do not. Calling it unfair or taxing the shark is not going to change nature.

  • @ToxicR3WinD Thanks, I was surprised to find sanity here!

  • @ToxicR3WinD

Taking money away from a company? Don't you mean CEO's? The ones that keep their money in tax shelters in the Cayman Islands?

If you aren't rich or racist, you have no business voting GOP in America.

  • @dfrutled, Your only recourse is to distort the truth. You have no real answer to the tea party’s Contract from America

  • @dfrutled wow. What you said is EXACTLY true.

Except it is your masters in the democratic party that are doing it.

Republicans suck, but at least they leave you alone while amassing their billions.

  • @ToxicR3WinD

Yeah they leave you alone! Unless of course you are pregnant, gay, brown, liberal, poor, foreign, etc.

  • @dfrutled I'm an average person, with an average paying job (less than avg this last year) and a pretty average life. While I don't agree w/ everything the GOP puts forth, the tax breaks helped me and most people I know, not just the top 2%, big oil and big corps. So, it helped me, making your statements blatantly false.

  • @jlc68 Average paying job is over 200k a year? Wow.

Otherwise you don't have to worry about the tax cuts. They are going to be extended for you and I, that is, average workers.

  • The tea baggers are the real threat to America.

  • @MrMusicFlood You said, "The tea baggers are the real threat to America."

I doubt you would recognize a Tea Party member if they came up to you and tried to educate you on the Federal Reserve System!!!

  • @FreeinTX P.S. If you plan on being a writer then you should figure out the difference between "your" and "you're."

Also, the Texas textbooks do not dictate what goes in the rest of the textbooks across the Country.

  • @dfrutled

You said, "If you plan on being a writer then you should figure out the difference between "your" and "you're.""

I get that a lot. I should proofread more, as I will completely leave the "r" off of "your" many times. Luckily, I'm NOT planning on being a writer, and as long as the point makes it across, stop being so picky. I could be typing in LEET Speak like your average 17 year old.

  • gop=tea baggers == bigots == endanger species

  • @FreeinTX

Why not have those who can contribute money, contribute money, and have those who have nothing to contribute but labor, contribute labor? In other words, have the poor work and have the rich pay taxes.

The super-rich pay taxes because they are the only ones who have money to give away.

  • @ReliableInsider

You said, "In other words, have the poor work and have the rich pay taxes." Because SLAVERY is ILLEGAL and IMMORAL A-hole!!! Read the 13th Amendment! Damn you are an elitist scumbag, aren't you!?! It's rhetorical, btw!

  • @FreeinTX

LOLOL! Slavery is involuntary servitude, you dickskin! If the poor choose to work, it's not slavery to have them work!

  • @nafaidni

Sorry, your comments were about taxes.

Taxes on labor IS a form of slavery! I am forced to pay taxes on wages, and I am forced to make wages to survive. My very survival depends upon me making a wage, and paying for the things I and my family need. I cannot simlpy choose NOT to work. Paying taxes is nothing more than the government forcing me to give them money is not theirs, and when it is a tax on labor wages, its a form of servatude.

  • @FreeinTX

I know people love to tax sin.

The original purpose of taxation, though, was just to pay for civilization. Roads and bridges and armies and police forces and all the things that everybody agrees we need.

If you're just trying to raise revenue to pay off the debts that previous administrations have left behind . . .

    what would you tax?

Would you tax consumption? With a sales tax? I'm not sure we should be discouraging consumption.

  • @FreeinTX

    Steal from the people, hahahahhaha!

True. That was the original purpose in monarchy and ancient civilization. Today, it is used as:

1: a method to pay for the social contract that individuals sign when engaging in commerce with society using GOVERNMENT PRINTED, REGULATED, AND VALUED currency

2: a method to keep the government in existence, allowing more money to be printed and regulated and valued. Without it, we'd be trading eggs for laptops.

  • @nafaidni

You said, "a method to pay for the social contract that individuals sign when engaging in commerce with society using GOVERNMENT PRINTED, REGULATED, AND VALUED currency" and "Without it, we'd be trading eggs for laptops."

We don't need "government" to provide us with currency! And you should note that the US government does NOT print our money, does NOT regulate our money, NOR control the value of our money, the very functions you say a government is for.

  • Listen America! DO NOT vote for republicans to take back the house and the senate cause if you do we are gonna go back to the fucking failed bush policies that bankrupted our country and besides our country is going in the right direction now

  • I wish conservatives would be as effective as the video makes them seem. Hyperbole, fear mongering, deception, all mixed w/ a little truth—that is the sad face of politics these days. A few misconstrued facts & diluted truth. The Tea Party has many conservative supporters, independents, and constitutionalists as well as "Blue Dog" democrats: good Americans who are tired of government spending and fighting. Besides, what's bad about those things in video? I agree with almost all of them.

  • Did everyone hear?

It was NANCY POLOSI not the "republicans" and certainly not the Tea Party that stripped the CLEAR act of an independant investigation into the BP oil spill!

Who is protecting who? Search, "Pelosi Blocks Oil Spill Investigation"

  • The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not. -Thomas Jefferson

  • Nancy Pelosi has more brains than the combined brains of every one of you racist redneck scumbags on here put together. Muzzy, if you are an example of the racist,, homophobic, dipshits on the Republican't side, I feel a lot better about Democrats prospects. You are just another ignorant, redneck, confederate flag waving assholes that really make me proud to be an American...LMAO Your stupidity and hatred are sickening. You sound like a good little Nazi, seig heil!

  • Hey, dumb-assess. Try some facts-

    ( cbpp.org/cms/index.cfm?fa=view&id=3036 )

  • Is it moral to use government force to sacrifice one persons life, liberty, property or pursuit of happiness so another can enjoy the same?

  • @Martintfre -- of course

  • I like how it is movie score dramatic.

  • Lets get rid of those stupid conservatives....WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE THAT CHARLIE RANGEL FELLER ....and maybe a few more BARNEY FRANKS or NANCY PELOSI.....she's a genius

  • @Diesel152 Oh, yeah. Brilliant. NOT! Let's just set the country on fire while you're at it. Pelosi is a monumentally stupid cunt, Obama is a liar, Frank is a cockchugging faggot and Rangle is a nigger mobster. The liberal retards are ruining America, you inbred asshole. Fuck off.

  • @Muzzy337 You need to relax a little there feller.....it was meant to be a joke....

  • @Diesel152 My bad. It's hard to tell you're being sarcastic. What's scary is there are people who actually believe Nancy Pelosi has an IQ larger than her shoe size. The sad joke is that the American people sit on their asses and don't vote these scumbags out. That's criminal. They have the chance to vote but they don't. Obamabots are scary because they actually believed his lies. When the fuck is the country going to wake up???

  • I'm finding that these liberals get testy when you start talking about taking their free stuff away....THEY MIGHT HAVE TO GET A JOB.....oh wait..... there are no jobs....Obama's going to build the economy from the bottom up....How's that working so far....LOL

  • Bush senior called trickled down economics "Wackynomics"....he was right. The 2 presidents that increased our deficit the most....Reagan and Bush W.

These are facts....not that Republicans and Teabagged Americans know anything about facts.

The Sun and facts; 2 things that the Right Wingers aren't able to see.

  • @ccf22p Are you finding similarities between Obama and Dubya. It was impressive when Clinton nearly doubled the debt, more amazing when Dubya doubled it, again. But, for Obama to double it yet again, by his own estimates provided he goes 2 terms.... well damn, he needs a nobel prize.

    Oh, too late.

And don't you dare attempt to disparage the Gipper, he followed Obama senior, AKA, Jimmy Carter. Didn't he also get the nobel prize? Funny how that works.

  • @ccf22p Right, and Obama didn't quadruple the debt. Good call on those facts

  • Same old bullshit. Why defend Obama and democrats when you could bash the republicans? Cmon 2012, you can't get here soon enough. Fuck this shit. And to people who make over 250k a year, good for you for being successful. Sorry the government feels that you should be penalized due to your success.

  • The right, and middle, have controlled this country for 30 years now. We need some Left leaning politicians for real change! We need stronger environmental protection, higher wages, and an end to the murder in the Middle East. Right isn't Right!

  • @wolfneck No, what we need is JOBS again. This country is headed for banana republic status unless we start manufacturing again in a BIG way. The reps and dems are both incapable of steering this country on a true course. Both parties suck ass. We should flush the whole system and start anew- this time with people who have more ethics than greed.

  • @Muzzy337 We must start over. We must bring our troops home, ALL our troops from everywhere in the world. Close the borders.Rebuild our manufacturing base. Improve our agriculture, water resources, energy resources. Build up our military. Let the rest of the world police themselves for awhile. We must be protectionist and isolationist for awhile. We can no longer sustain ur current interference in the world. Let it stew in its' own juices for awhile. (The world)

  • @wolfneck How dumb can you possibly be. We have had left leaning congress for 4 years now and they have managed to completely destroy American economy. Higher wages???????HIGHER WAGES?????hahahahaha You need JOBS first.

  • Ratings: 143 in favor of this ad, 52 against ...... no more comments ... just facts

  • @MrFreedomdemocracy I am mixed on this stupid ad. I agree with most of the points the ad is accusing the republicans of wanting. Taking them one at a time would be time consuming and not good for this forum , but they are good ideas. Like repeal this stupid health care bill that no one wanted. Most people are angry as hell about having this health care bill passed. Wrongly and illegitimately. It MUSt BE REPEALED. This health care bill is a pack of lies and will cost too much delivering less.

  • I agree with all but two of those benchmarks. LOL I am not a republican but you sure have done your homework on what needs to be done in this country.. I don't know about protecting BP. Do the repubs want to protect BP? And electing Senators some other way/ What is that? All the other points you made were excellent and I agree with them. Abolish most of the government corruption programs that cost a lot of money but fail to do anything worthwhile.

  • “if you make under $250K a year your taxes will not go up one penny”

obama tells us the healthcare law is not a tax, to the point where he argues with an ABC reporter regarding the actual dictionary definition of “tax”.

Now, after his legislators were unable to find in the constitution where this new imposed “law” is allowed, obama is now telling us it is a tax.

You are going to pay for this new law, are you making over $250K a year??!!

This President is a deceptive liar.

    Impeach obama

  • @1Guitarslayer Instead to jerk off with "fake" ideas on the constitution created by a group of people with slaves and who didn't allow women to vote ... just check why America is self destroying itself in the hand of corporations while other countries grow with strong medium-small business and middle class and real capitalism ... not corporatism (defended by people like you).

  • @MrFreedomdemocracy You are so full of shit you need to be upbraided dude.

You say stupid things like "other countires grow with strong medium-small sized businesses and middle class and real capitalism". Which countries are you talking about dude. there are NO countries like that except for the ones you seem to be able to pull from your ass.

  • people now see the arm george soros' has stuffed up obamas ass that puppets his mouth

  • I love these dem rapid response videos. Kind of like igloos for polar bears, crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside.

I am one of the tea party goers. Although it is much easier to argue that I am a republican, I am not. Most of the tea party people I have met are not republicans. They aren't democrats either. They are mostly independents with a sprinkling of libertarians just for good measure. Keep telling everyone the tea party is republican as we sneak up on ya this Novemver.

  • FYI...I make less than 250K/year. The so-called hc reform bill has ALREADY increased my taxes. The libs have pilferred so much of my SS it probably won't be an option when I retire. The reform bill has destroyed Medicare. The Bush tax cuts, once expired will increase my taxes AGAIN (I stil don't make 250k/yr). Wall st....please Obama is STILL paying them off. Obama's dereliction has made the oil spille a much larger disaster. Dare I continue?

  • @rainiertx REALLY .... harmed by Obama tax cuts? These are the Obama tax cuts. 47% of the Americans don't pay Federal Income Taxes. Most of the Taxes we pay are .... State and local taxes. Now my question for the TEA PARTY is .....

    CONTD

  • @MrFreedomdemocracy Yake your "CUT AND PASTE" talking points from your liberal socialist websites and stick em up your ass MrFree"loader" because I'm not buying the tripe you're selling and niether are the majority of REAL Americans! My taxes have ALREADY increased so your words mean nothing! Did your "prince" not promise "no tax increase? HE LIED!

  • @rainiertx

Sorry dude .... you can check them on the White House website ..... where they publish bills ... you know!!!!

  • @MrFreedomdemocracy I think you'd better recheck YOUR facts. Your ass-clown president is lying to you AGAIN.

  • @rainiertx blah, blah blah ... Complain with your Governor then. Only 47% of the Americans pay income taxes ..... most of your taxes are local and State taxes ..... ask Gov Christie (tea party) how much he increased taxes to 95% of the NJ population and 40% of transportation taxes

  • @rainiertx ..... Why the fuck you complain for taxes the Federal Government .... CUTS ... and you don't complain about your "SMALL GOVERNMENT" taxes that especially the conservatives love to increase to poor people ... supporting also the increase of premiums and loans ... which actually fuck you much more than taxes?

  • It would be nice to see these ads run locally for some free exposure on tea party candidates, cause as an independent voter I strongly support 8/10, so please let me and others know which people the libs think are 'radical' enough to vote for them.

  • The GOP has been hijacked by these tea party nut bags. They have no intellectual heft anymore. They only have crackpot ideas. The GOP will be left in the dust in a more complicated world. These simpletons only want to go backward.

  • @FreeinTX first off don't tell me what shows I watch buddy, secondly a majority of the tea party candidates do support these things, or secretly do after seeing what is happening to angle or what happened to sue lowden, thirdly from what I see on fox news this is what tea party people support, and if its not what the majority stands for why isn't their an outcry like the outcry we hear them always talking about. WHY ISN'T ANYBODY SAYING THIS ISN'T WHAT THE TEA PARTY STANDS FOR?

  • Hey Democrats. What are your solutions ??? Tax and Spend and Redistribute ??? LMAO ! The Democrats own the House, the Senate, and the Presidency. Where are the jobs ??? I am sure this ad will be comforting to the millions of Americans who are unemployed and can't find work. Your zombies will eat this ad up, but it will not play in middle America. Try again.

  • @RightWingTV I already explained in detail my solution. Just take example from countrie with better education, health care, better, lower unemployment rate, much better export, wealthier as average. with much less crime and poverty rate than the US ..... very simple. IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE WITH YOUR MENTAL MASTURBATION ABOUT HOW UNIQUE AND BEAUTIFUL IS BEING AMERICAN AND HOW SHITTY ARE ALL THE OTHERS .... KEEP SELF-DESTROY YOURSELF WORKING YOUR ASS OFF WITH DENIED CARE CREDIT CARD DEBT.

  • I’m sorry but this commercial is misleading. I would think with the resent flap with Sherrod that you liberals would be yearning to fully understand the context, instead of spreading misrepresentations, which this video clearly does. It’s inflammatory and its intent is to scare the viewer against the GOP and misinform the intent of the proposed ideas. You are not dumb, you know this video is fear mongering. Have you not looked for the WHY on some of these ideas?

  • I do not like this Uncle Sam, I do not like his health care scam. I do not like these dirty crooks, or how they lie and cook the books. I do not like when Congress steals, I do not like their secret deals. I do not like this speaker, Nan , I do not like this 'YES WE CAN'. I do not like this spending spree, I'm smart, I know that nothing's free, I do not like your smug replies, when I complain about your lies. I do not like this kind of hope. I do not like it. nope, nope, nope!
  • This will backfire big time on Dems. No idea why they are doing this ... It's funny watching them shed independant voters, though. Goodbye Dems. See you in 20 years, lol

  • What was just about to bankrupt America was our previous health care system:

    NON-UNIVERSAL health care.

All of this has been explained a thousand times. People need to find -real- sources of news. Not sources that lie to them on behalf of the Insurance Industry.

  • @misub4you

Actually, it's closer to 40,000 views.

misub, Stop fighting and join our effort to fix this country for the benefit of ALL Americans and for our children and grandchildren.

Divide and conquer worked. We divided and were conquered.

It is time to stop being divided and to once again become the UNITED States of America.

    Or, we're screwed.

  • Good video. Let's me know how important the Tea Party really is to helping America!!!

  • Everyone knows the Iraq War was paid for w/ money borrowed from China & Social Security funds. On a income of about $100,000, I have to pay about 15% - $15,000 into Soc Sec. We know in 1 yr Cheney made about $50,000,000.00 -- and what % did he pay? 15%? NO 1% - NO 1/10 of 1% - NO 1/100 of 1% - NO 1/1000 of 1% -- now you're close And this for a war Cheney started for his buddies at Halliburton! THIS INEQUITY NEEDS TO STOP!
  • @ReliableInsider I don't expect you'll agree... but I hope you at least understand the mindset now. Thats its not wanting to take away from people. Its a desire to restrain the fed government and protect people and states from oppressive government and maximize freedom and liberty.

  • Make Washington "WORK" again! Vote ALL Republicans out of office!

  • @ReliableInsider ...and senate is redundant, as in, if a bad idea is blocked in the house, its dead, don't need to kill it twice. But now the states have no way to stop wrongs being done unto them, and ultimately then, the people.

  • @ReliableInsider ...see government, especially a powerful federal government, as a neccessary evil that must be restrained from doing oppressive things TO you. Therefore, we see it as if there is something TRULY needed to be done by the fed gov, the people, the states, and the fed will all agree and it will pass. However, if the feds are grasping for too much power from the people or states, as in AZ now, the 17th amendment takes away a method for restraining evil. The people electing the house

  • @ReliableInsider I'm going to ignore the manners lesson from the guy who told me to join the group behind 9/11. I think the reason we're not connecting and why you can't see the reasoning is liberals see the fed government's role differently than the founding fathers and conservatives. And thats not a knock, just saying its a diff mindset. You look at the issue as the chance for the people to send senators to DC to do things FOR them. Get the programs you want through etc. Madison and I....

  • @ICOM2957

What I'm saying is that there were obvious errors in the U.S. Constitution as there are in the Bible even though we rightly revere the U.S. Constitution as an almost sacred text.

That's why we have such things as the 17th Amendment. To fix the errors.

  • @ReliableInsider aSorry but I don't think you understand what you call the "errors". The 17th amendment hampers states rights and takes away any voice of a minority. It's not perfect but the 17th amendment is certainly a step for the worse.

  • @normaliswear

I don't know. I'm a government geek. I like new ideas. It's fun to think about. But I can't think of any case for taking away the right of every single American to vote directly in something as important as selecting those one-hundred women and men.

To change the subject, what is the bill that you want your state to pass that other states oppose? You're saying that your state takes a minority position on something. That's states' rights.

  • Most bad government has grown out of too much government.-Thomas Jefferson

  • Fail

  • @normaliswear

I'm sure state legislatures would love to have that kind of power and prestige. The U.S. Senate is made up of 100 extremely powerful men and women.

But who would ever think that our state legislatures are somehow wiser or more deserving than We The People ourselves? Many people hardly pay attention to state legislator elections. Many of them are nice guys but there is simply no way to make a case that they are less corrupt or more disinterested than The People as a whole.

  • @normaliswear

AND you have extremely poor manners in your interactions with strangers. Not a good combination.

  • @normaliswear

There is an even BETTER approach. Having the U.S. Senate simply be elected directly by The People. That's why the Constitution was amended.

Why go backwards? Why grant Government more power at the expense of The People? That's absurd. It's shocking to suggest that the right to vote be taken away not merely from women, not merely from African-Americans, but taken away from ALL AMERICANS when it comes to electing U.S. Senators.

  • Except for the laughable #VI, most of these are GOOD things. Change the sinister-sounding music, change the wording of a few loaded phrases, and this would be an excellent ad FOR some GOP candidate!

  • Wow, all those rational solutions and interesting ideas are soooooooo scary!

Gee, thanks Democrats. Now I know who really to vote for!

  • @PadraikKasier BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT RATIONAL, THEY ARE CHILDISH, THEY DO EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE OF PROVED SUCCESFUL SOLUTIONS GO TO DESTROY THE COUNTRY (SEE NORWAY AND LEARN THE MEANING OF HAVING A GROW UP AND PROSPEROUS SOCIETY).

  • @MrFreedomdemocracy -

    06/17/10 10:21 AM EDT

The latest Rasmussen poll has New Jersey Governor Chris Christie with his head above water at a 51 percent approval rating. This is a signifcant uptick, as teachers unions in the state have carpet bombed the airwaves with $6 million in ads attacking him since March.

This is called debating with facts. Do you liberals know what that is ? LOL

  • @RightWingTV Just let the Dems keep shooting themselves in the foot. This vid is evidence. This whole campaign just backfired on them and they don't even realize it yet. It's funny to watch, actually. Liberals wanted our guns a couple weeks ago, and we almost lost our 2nd Amendment rights to bear arms in our homes to protect ourselves. 5-4, it was that close. Scary.

  • @RightWingTV RASMUSSEN? RASMUSSEN IS FOX ... Check another "independent" poll.

  • @MrFreedomdemocracy - ok fine - try Real Clear Politics, their latest poll gave Christie a 49% approval rating. RCP is an average of all the polls. You are misinformed and posting false data again.

Mr Freedom Democracy is a total FAIL - every time

  • @itsneverthegovsfault

July 15th 2010 - The Monmouth University/Gannett New Jersey Press Media poll out today finds Christie's job approval rating at 44 percent. The same percentage disapprove of the job he's doing. But only 31 percent give him a good grade for providing tax relief.

About half of those surveyed believe that senior citizens, the middle class and poor will be harmed by the budget.

  • @MrFreedomdemocracy And yet, just 10 hours ago, you claimed Chrisite's poll ratings were the lowest ever at 25% - you sir, are a liar. Now when you condemn someone for using a poll you don't consider "independent" you might want to use an "independent" poll yourself when you come up with your new # of 44%.

The polls #'s I used, RCP takes all the polls into consideration , and yet Mr Chrsitie still puts your messiah to shame.

  • @itsneverthegovsfault I would like to add my observations to yours, although I am not as politically correct as you are. I would never day "you sir, to this slime, I would say "you asshole" are a liar.

  • @1Makyo sure I am a liar ..... now you are telling me that the Sharron Angle has a better approval rate than Harry reid in Nevada? BTW, apart supporting someone else what FACTS YOU BRING ON THE TABLE? NOTHING, because you brain is between your asscheeks and when you think you fart and when you talk ... as just shown you .... God help us!!

  • @MrFreedomdemocracy You need some new material. No matter what screen name I use you always come up with that lame "brain between your asscheeks" routine. Look , dude, it is getting late in the game now. People are fed up with Obama and his imperial communist ways. People are not going to take it anymore. He is trying to speed up his agenda, but we are going to stop his agenda. He is actually spending my tax money going against police enforcement in Arizona and this will sink him.

  • @MrFreedomdemocracy Harry Reid is done in Nevada. Anyone who thinks he has shot probably also thinks Obama's healthcare was wanted by most americans lol

  • @itsneverthegovsfault

Did you check the polls of Christie in April and May? The poll I used was the last poll SIR, not the average of the polls before the last as you did.

only 31 percent give him a good grade for providing tax relief? Well this is far away from your 51% approval rate. Obama's approval rate is not worse than Reagan and Clinton approval rate in the second year (worse than him, but 2 terms presidents). Christie started last February and it's already in deep shit!!!

  • @MrFreedomdemocracy June numbers - sorry loser

  • @itsneverthegovsfault July 15th numbers --- LIAR!!!

  • @MrFreedomdemocracy - really, where did you get your 25% claim from? Your numbers have had quite a wide swing from one post to the next - so which one do you stand by? Nevermind - it just doesn't matter, you've already been caught.

Just another koolaid drinking Obamabot playing fast and loose with the facts....

Moving along - nothing new here (saved or created - yeah)
