I don't mind when publicly owned companies go on strike- just as long as they don't stand in front a landfill and give private workers shit because their not going along with their fucking strike
hydraulic pack pistons that or worn out or damaged by using douglas fur wood blocks to force a pack blade piston when dumping (could easily cause a fatality). If the guy that said the local smaller companies pay more and it's unfair then he needs go to fucking work for the the privately owned companies which he vaguely describes and then he see what real intermittent/dormant dangers are ... At least their companies have drug tests, and don't ignore drivers who test positive
I would be a lot more worried about a "back man" that has to deal with a driver thats on drugs, being made to do double routes and not being paid for holidays, owners that hire drivers that don't even screen who they hire; often hiring drivers that don't even have class-B CDL's, motorists that are viciously inconsiderate of trucks, homeowners and clients using incorrect or inadequate garbage bags, medium stage insect larvae growing in food waste, being forced to play games with broken
waste management sucks they dont treat there workers with any respect and treat you like a number easliy replaced its all about greed just remember how nice the ceo was on tv its not like that all
