To get skulls you need to be on normal, heroic or legendary and you have to start the level from the beginning. I was on legendary and i started from the beginning of the level and it still wasn't there. I think it is because instead of getting the skull when i got there i advanced further in the level and then went back to it later and it probably disappeared. Hope this helps.

i did it already beat the gae legendary and got all the skullz the skull is not always there its cuz i dont know y but keep trying a tip is to not die and kill every1 try it and it might work
