@AcidRooster Yeah I'm using my legs (whenever possible), mostly by contracting my quads to pull by knees forward a bit. I also use my core (flexing abs and lower back)

Plenty of the contestants didn't understand the rules, and most of them couldn't hit the choreo and the freestyle as hard as you did. Plus your concept is simple and very well done, with a clear start and finish. Once again, dance smarter not harder right? how are you hitting? are you mostly using your legs, abs, or pelvis?
if you're using your legs, are you hyperextending the knee, or just going down?
