  • I want this song! where can i download?

  • its so creative

  • One reason I am looking forward to eventually having a child is so that I can enjoy experiencing the world with them, whether it be helping them learn to read, to encourage their imagination or overcome difficulties inherent in life. My father wasn't a particularly good one, nor was he present throughout much of my life, and this is encouragement for me to not make the mistakes he made, and to be a bloody good dad :) Nice video.

  • @TwoTube2 I wish there was more people like you. :/

  • Awesome! Amazing that something so small can make such a big difference in a child's chances for academic success. Praise and technology can help too, check out the "PraiseRater"

  • I'm not from the UK , but the fathers income can't be helped, do(es) the father have time to spend with their child(ren), Higher EDU. Higher chance of Higher Income Job so those two are basically same, and I don't know the Literacy Rate/Percentage in the UK but if its pretty good is their anything else thats important for example (tech, history, other skills, science)? If you think my points are good please like. Thanks.

  • I loved when my Dad was coming to my room in the evening time and read me a story until I fell asleep. wouldnt mind if he did it again sometime, but hed laugh if id ask :)

  • so if i didnt read to my son does that make me bad parent? i dont think so, my mum, no mention dad, never read to me and i dont feel neglected in any way by them.

  • insipiring !

  • Back in the days I was playing with my older brother in finding animals, toys, fruits on colorful pages of books, papers anything! It was fun for hours, so if you dont want to read with your kids engage them in fun!

  • @githamr I diD the SamE1111 cheErs!

  • its crucial to read to your child, no mater mum or dad does it: it has high impact on childs further education, interest in learning, growth of vocabulary etc. please dont grow another set of 'hoodies' hoolighans.who will pay for our retirement? thats from me.

  • finally a video with a valuable lesson ..

  • thumbs up form meee! yeeeeah!

  • COOL IDEA. SHOW DADS HOW IMPORTANT THEY RRRR! SO IF SOMETHING HAPPENS KIDS WILL CALL OUT FOR DADS, NOT JUST MUMMIES. GIVE MUMS A REST!

  • @gotthardraspber dont see that happening lol

  • like da vid! I grew up witout dad and mum was all i had. god bless all single women!and all dads in heaven! peace!

  • Totally agree with this video's message! Influence your kids in the good way!

  • don't suppose fathers have much time to actively engage in kids education, most time they spend at work. or pub... shame

  • @drenchic true, very bloody tru chic! in other hand, if it weren't for them, we would've to do tht?

  • interesting

  • why u talk singapore? this is england!

  • @philippineblanc lol :D

  • if you want to read your child wants to read, if you want to run your child will do too. same with eating, cycling etc. kids are our little copies and there's nothing weird in that they want to imitate us. so its better to show them behaviour worth repeating instead of teaching them rubbish lifestyle.

  • would neva kno father's education iz so important..? my gran thought me to read! lol

  • FATHER FIGURE IS AS IMPORTANT AS MOTHER'S. THANKS FOR REMINDING THAT!

  • of course dads are second! for my my Mum was the one to read, teach and play, well it depends from people i suppose...?

  • I need to show that video to my old man :) he thinks mum can take of everything and he's only for play time!
