If u keep hitting crossbar then try aiming alil bit further up than u did the last time nd then when u get it keep it at tht spot and see if u can do it again when u do then remember it nd practice it constantly until mastered

If you play FIFA 11 on PC, LB is the button for switching between players.

Just hold LB and kick with a power of 3 bars and after taking the power hold left arrow.
