@YTMike2010 not too hard, find the sounds you want to use (wav format) then make multiple copies of the sounds you want (about 5 copies per sound(unless its from team fortress the make 3 copies of each oain/death sound only)) then rename the sound you want to use to the sound name in l4d. (program files(X86)\steam\steamapps\com­mon\left 4 dead\sound)
