ive tryed putting the morph ball in the ship area but when i collect it it says its the right thing but when i go into the item select it says its the springball :S

For the tube, you might want to use shot doors, aka the blue screen doors, with no "Door" block attached. Otherwise, UGLY TUBE, but looks decent overall.

the solution may be to use green and blue screens and REMOVE the scrollers.

I actually didn't add any PLMs to the landing site. I used the scrolling pointers that I didn't need and changed it to the items I wanted. It is weird because if I go down to the bottom, but don't go in to the door that leads to the Torizo, and I go back the scrolling data works fine. It only gets messed up if I go in the door, than go back through.

The most likely reason the scrolls data got messed up in that room is because the scroll data was overwritten by other data you added in a connecting room (I.e. you added PLMs to the landing site, and it overwrote the scroll data in the next room over. You have to expand the rom and tell it what data it can use with a hex editor.
