it has become all nascar and barrett jackson reruns after the auctions, they'll have the 24 of Daytona, LeMans, and Sebring but that's it when it comes to anything sportscar. They have ridiculous shows also, it is bad.

I am proud of being able to say that, for me in America, that we have the Rolex 24 at Daytona!

All of us that are fans of types of racing besides NASCAR are the true race fans. Most NASCAR fans are really stupid. They only watch NASCAR because it's an American sport and say other forms of racing suck. They think sports car racing is for snobby Europeans who like to drink champagne all day. But we are nothing like that. We're smart and well rounded. I want to see more of our type in the United States.

I prefer ALMS and Formula 1.

but i equaly like motogp,indy,champcar,fia gt,British NGT, and DTM!

speed sold out to nascar.what ever happened to fia,wrc,wtcc,dtm,btcc and scca ?it took a back seat to cars that are far from stock or production and only turn left for half the day, what crap!. they paid speed big money to show nascar all day!sorry to say i dropped the speed channel from my cable.

Sure there's NASCAR supersaturation on SPEED, but there's probably more reruns of their reality shows (Pinks, NOPI Tunervision, Unique Whips, Payback, etc.). SPEED became another money-maker for News Corp., so the diversity and commitment to covering all forms of motorsports have gone with it.

I've been to this race last year and this year and really loved it both times. I'm doing the last round in Belgium (on the Zolder track) as well. There's nothing like FIA GT if you ask me, it's a shame they want to change it into a GT3 championship.

I know how you feel, I'm in America also & still try to keep up with the FIA GT series Championship. If it wasnt for Nascar racing on speed there would be a window of oppurtunity for the FIA series or DTM. I remember a time when Speed Vision would take a chance & show Euro series racing. Those days are long gone for speed tv. So sad.

it all comes down to cash. nascar pays lots of it to be broadcast. speed is not about serving true motorsports fans..it's all about the profit and from a business perspective it makes a lot of sense. it's just sad that we don't get to see what we like.

probably one of the most popular races on the fia gt that year. this year, 2007, bucharest i think is one of the best. i love fia gt, they should come up with a btter name for it and race in the states for more exposure. being in the states ive never heard of the fia gt champs until i downloaded it, WOW it still exists! remidns me of the fia gt era of the mclaren f1 gtrs, i hated the porsche 911 gt1 in 1997, those things are not road cars, theyre just there to collect trophies with no hard work.
