  • Sorry Indul1 - that makes no sense. What about the huge environmental issues associated with mining? And where will the food you import come from when reliable farming country such as this is destroyed?

  • Why is mining a less favourable activity than farming?....The argument in the Philippines that mining will jeopardize food production rests on a understanding of economic development that is wierd to say the least, 150 years British people mostly worked on the land but we imported more of our food, now less than 5% work the land, even less, are we starving, we actually produce more food than we did back then!

  • so sad. If we were still farming there i would be campaining against it too. And i still am. I heard that there drilling for coal on our old farm. Thats not good. It makes me fucking angry. Yes good job felix. Been years since i have soon him

  • Well done Felix!

  • You live in a great part of the world - lets hope the Governments realise that

  • It is unbelievably stupid to ruin good farming land, which could continue to be productive, for the sake of short term profits for Mining Companies, and royalties for Government.
