the two best weapons for the flood is the shotgun and the other one is the battle rifle but you use the battle rifle for head shots and it kills them in one burst of 3 rounds.

Actually me and my friend learned battle rifles are way more effective against them. One burst kills instantly unless you aim somewhere else but headshots are very easy for them.

they are flood pure forms. there are 3 different types any of which they can trans form into at any time the 3 types are: the big slow powerful close combat guy. another is the 1 with the tail with green spikes,the climb wall and fire the spikes (which are like as covenant carbine rounds)and arnt that strong.

Tank forms are the large ones.

Ranged forms are the ones that shoot the battlefield detritus from their backs.
