I was amazed to see a council worker actually doing

something other than sitting on a well esconced arse.

Well, he still was doing that anyway.They are, in the

main,lazy, selfish,bone idle.rip off cowboys,an honest

days work would kill the many of shitters.They should

council owned or not,

its outside his home,

he's away on holiday and left his work van outside his house,

he's doing nothing wrong other than shuffling the vehicles around,

i'm guessing your old and stuck in the house most of the time with nothing resembling a full active interesting life,
