Trendmasters 10 inch Mothra toy review

Oh my god! This brings back memories! When I was about 4 or 5 my mom bribed me by saying "I'll buy you a new Godzilla toy if you cooperate with getting your hair cut." So I did and when we got to the toy store this was what I picked! Unfortunately I no longer have it anymore :(((

That toy is not beautiful like in the movie. I think it is based of Fairy from Rebirth of Mothra 3

Now that I see what this Mothra looks like, I don't find it as appealing as the other Trendmasters 10-inch Godzilla figures. But this is a good review, though :-)

Plushie mothras are cuter and look better. I mean moths are all furry and all the other kaiju are easy to make realistic cause they're all lizards and things like that with tough hides. Here the moth just looks... Shiny and like tough painted plastic. NOW. If it was a remote control Mothra... <_< I'd buy it instantly. Do you know if they make any Mothra toys like that? =O Apparently you have a bunch.

Hey dude get my screen name right. After all these years on Atari you should know me by now. LOL! :( Fairy Mothra still had a better wing size to body size ratio than the Trendmasters representation. Yeah it does look anime like, but Mothra has never had such large eyes for its head. Why Toho let that fly I don't know. Plus Mothra didn't have all that "white" on the body. The size comparison to the TM Gojira is nice, and matches the movie closely, but wingspan is cutting it short. :(

That's a really cool figure! I have the 6inch one, but never got this one. Another weird thing about the Trendmasters Mothra is the hatching monster toy. It comes out of the egg an adult moth, not larvae. Strange...
