Nice blend, guys!! I was able to hear all the parts, which is sometimes difficult for a mens group. Baritones kept everyone in line, lol. I do wish the basses were a little more pronounced in the beginning, but overall, a great job!! And the tenor on the solo was getting it!
Really a spectacular performance of this piece. I was looking for the King Singer's version to send to a friend, but of the two recordings up here, one is too loud, and the other is too soft. So on a whim, I decided to see how your group did with it. It's so good (and the recording at the right volume) that I'm going to send my friend your version instead of the King Singers.
Where is Wesleyan? I know there is a Wesleyan, WV, but I don't think that's it.
this is remarkable. The King's Singers have set a standard not many dared to try their quality against it. You guys did, and I must say I think even the King's singers themselves will salute you with a tear (or two) if they were somewhere in the audience there. Well done.
Absolutely beautiful singing. The young tenor and bass singers are just awesome. Wonderful video, and thank you so much for posting this most touching song.
Ahh the announcer mentioned 'the kings'site. after the end of the song. There is a podcast on the radio web try around the 47th minute if it helps. I typed the kings lullaby into youtube and you came up.
Bravo!!!It's beautiful (and I love the King's Singers!); but if I may, just a little advice: sing a little bit slower and think the silences are as important and emotional as the singing. (Excuse me for the faults, I'm french); but congratulations again!!!
My favorite arrangement and performance of this song! (other than Billy himself, of course.) You guys have a great tenor section, and sound fantastic. It looks as though you also have several conductors, tough. :]
Well done!! The tenor did his part really well. Big thumbs up!!

Your version was played on Ireland Lyric radio - lunch hour show. Was very relaxing and sweet to listen when traveling on a train.
