Sadly It is quite realistic, people don't care about the others. My grand mother fainted in the middle of the street because of a cancer that hadn't been diagnosed yet and people continued to walk without reacting , she had to crawl to the the nearest shop and tap hard against the shop window with her umbrella so that the owner reacts finally (certainly because he was afraid she might break the shop window - _ - ').
