  • @dvrman yeah, the millionth time filming and he says "dad what are flats"... oh man...

  • how much time u get out it

  • That Thing Is Cooking!!! Sweet Setup

  • wait you put this motor in?

  • Very nice T-28! I love mine, getting ready to upgrade the motor myself. I was going to just go with a bigger e-flite motor, but now I think I'm going to use that turnigy 3536! What ESC are you using? I wonder how that thing would fly with my thunder power 45C 2250mah batteries!

  • which turnigy motor is that "a" or "c "or "d"? looks awesome.

  • @chevronexxon all are good, its the black one.. cant remember. its even faster now with the lipo technology improving..

  • nice landing

  • @imaustink thanks..lol.. pretty rough actually, but thanks

  • yes what model Garmin Gps is that?

  • @Mattg02 garmin forerunner 201, use it on my boats too, awesome!!

  • Hello! I see that you use Spektrum technology. Have you considered the "FLAPERON" approach? I know it works perfect on my F-16...but wanted to get your opinion on the T-28. Thanks!

  • @gosargedotcom i like having seperate flaps , kinda scale look you know:)

  • @frtyjhg8 Oh yeah! The look sure looks awesome. It's also impressive to see that the on-board Garmin recorded 85.6mph. That's a fast T-28 you have. Nice flying! Thanks!

  • whats the dif between flaps and ailerons?

  • @steveoh2395 flaps are set up usually on a switch and are on the innermost part of the wing. when the switch is activated both flaps retraact and you have the slowing/lift effect while still having full function of the ailerons.

  • Hi,love the hop ups, what model Garmin Gps is that?

  • @hairykebab69er forerunner 201 thanks bro!

  • very nice setup, but video as im sure you know was complete rubbish..couldnt see or make out jack

  • @nighthawk0077 thats funny, its my 7 yr old filming into the sun.... it was a speed pass, not an air show ;)

  • @frtyjhg8 oh i see I thought it was an airshow!..lol anyway great filming for a 7 yr old..

  • I need to get mine in front of a radar gun. 770kv Monster Power 32 motor with a 4 cell pack and 12X12 prop or 13X8 prop and it is insane! I clipped the wings and put on a huge 3.5inch spinner. It has to be over 90mph in it current state with no landing gear. And the metal motor mount is the best way to go for sure!

  • does the charger that comes with the parkzone models really charge the batt in about 40 min. like the company states?!?!?!

  • @semmes1234 lol... ditch that thing.. i use a charger that charges a few a once and does it in 20-30 min.and there 2200 mah...

  • did you need a spcial motor mount?

  • @oOAwaisOo you will end up breaking the plastic one over time, too much flex. i got an aluminum one off ebay for like 10$. its awesome!!!

  • @oOAwaisOo its not an absolute necessity, but it prevents flex by using the aluminum mount, and its like ten bucks..

  • That is CRAZY!! Love the vid bro! :-)

  • @ehsanaman222 thanks man!

  • nice mods. Awesome, thats why this is a very popular plane, it has so many room for modifications.

  • @kionni600 and its sooo easy to fly, and still handles amazing at high speeds!

  • for the esc did you have to run a sperate power source for the reciver? im doing the exact same set up as yours and im curious.

    thanks

  • the esc is a hobby king 60-70 amp and yes it needs a bec.

  • @oOAwaisOo an external bec is the way to go when using a high amp set up.

  • Very cool man!

now something else is want, and fast plane..!

  • Great job man . Just wanted to say I know your excited but brother it is very important to acnowledge our kids questions he is just as excited for you let's keep our eyes on the most important things though later bro and good flying :)

  • this was the 5th or more videos we tried to do , half my fault half his talking ;) its all good, he knew while filming to keep it quiet, no biggy. the question was answered off camera. i figured you all aleady knew what "flats" were .. as he said ;)

  • From the sounds of things you've got a really nice respectful kid. Keep payin it back, he deserves your respect too!

  • Sweet. I recently threw in retracts and went 4S on my T28. She is 850 watts and about 60 amps with the right prop.. maybe a bit too many amps for my motor though have to check temp. Throwing a power 32 in my corsair so she will be safe for both my ESC and Motor at about 900 watts providing she doesn't rip apart! Did you get a chance to check amps and watts in this config??

  • no i dont have a logger.. and my watts up meter died...

  • think yours is faster.... not sure though, have to run mine in a straight line and see. i did the same setup on my corsair recently, power 25 and cc 45 amp esc. can run a bigger prop on the corsair so it is faster than the t28 i think. cheers, good vid again.

  • thanx bud! asuming you have a video up on here .. ill check yours out.. i just bought a ParkZone Messerschmitt Bf-109G PNP online and will do the exact same set up on her!!!

  • hey good work, makes me wonder how my power 25 would hold up against yours, guessing would be pretty close... actually are planes are near identical cheers
