Just wanted to say we fixed these tonight and they tasted wonderful. Some guests even said they were the best ribs they'd ever had. The taste was sweet, and really did not notice any spice to it.
We didn't have 2 hours for cooking, so we just placed on the grill until it reached an internal temp of 165F, then put on the BBQ sauce and cooked 15m longer. Highly recommend an internal temperature thermometer, it helps take the guesswork out of grilling times
@penguin0k Thank you so much for letting me know! I am so happy this worked for you! The thermometer tip is absolutely great! Have a wonderful week and thanks again!
m new at smoking ribs,i use pork back ribs, but every time i smoke them they come out hard and chewy,i remove the membrane, marinade them over night with dry rub, and i keep the temp between 200-250 for the whole 6 hours that i smoke the ribs, can u please give me advise on what to do different.
@TwatHammer131 Please check out the video on how to grill baby back ribs. We used a different method and they came out spectacular. I will send it to you via message. Thanks for coming by!
Yes Sweet Baby Ray's is the best commercial BBQ sauce I've ever tasted just wish they would come out with a Carolina Sweet Mustard BBQ sauce and Carolina Sweet Red Vinegar Sauce. If they did I know it would be good. Those ribs are makin' me hungry good job. I lean more toward the Kansas City Style Ribs with the brisket, breast bone, and flap meat(on backside) removed. Those ribs are good though good thinkin' with the right sauce.
That looks delicious. I like how you cut off the membrane from the ribs also. Good tip. I have never had them without the membrane... and you can imagine how messy it can get when you are struggling to cut or chew that part of the rib. :-)
Also, it would be nice if the barbecue sauce was homemade. I like to make EVERYTHING from scratch. :-)
Hi Jimmy! Thanks for watching! I have three homemade bbq sauce recipes in the videos. Watch them if you have a chance. My personal favorite is the one with apple juice. Thanks again and take care!

I made this! But I substituted honey and lemon juice for the vinegar because my vinegar looked like an old science project.
It was fantastic! TY for teaching me how! <3
