  • Kiva toi eka "340" :) eli avro

  • aika nättii. mä oon käyny vaan lemminkäisen kalliolla laskeutumisia kattomassa. miten tonne pääsee, missä tää hieno pätkä on kuvattu?

  • Oliko kuvattu mopomiitin aikaan kun niin paljon melua taustalla? :D

  • @TheKeisari , saattaa olla näin, en muista tarkkaan.

  • Finnair MD-11

  • nice takeoff but what was that blue1 doing? did it just landed or rejected takeoff? btw you shouldn't cut off the last 30 secs of the vid

  • @Toilu, blue1 was just landed. I am not sure why there is about 30 sec nothing in the end of the vid, maybe something has messed up in file transfer or something. I will fix this someday, maybe the next year. Thanks for your comment.

  • hahaha. little blue1. And BIG Finnair :D:D:D Blue1 sucks! Finnair is the best!

  • great video cheers from australia

  • Amazing video, and quality, thankyou for sharing.

  • So it's a little bit better. Passengers can breath more freely. ;)

Do you what was the destination of this particular flight.

    2-engine A333 is more powerful than 4-engine A343. What a pity ;)

  • Finnair A333 engines (CF6-80E1) are near the same as for MD11's they are replacing now.

  • It's very little? Don't you think. ;) I've flown on Finnair's A343 to Nagoya and plane accelerated very slowly. The same refers to my flight on Swiss' A343.

I've read that engine producers planned to devolope more powerful plant for A343 but it never happened. Compare A333 and A343 engines power. Two against four and A333 is still more powerful plane.

    Nevertheless GREAT movie!

  • I have flown many times by AY A343's and difference to replaced MD11s is more than notable :) MD11s are powerful planes compared to A343s.

  • I never go ta chance to fly the might MD11. As far as I remember there is only one MD11 left in Finnair's fleet. It serves Helsinki-Bangkok route.

  • A343 takeoffs always look dramaticaly. These planes are underpowered. Finnair's A343 has strongest CFM engines possible for this type. How much of runway left? 500 meters?

  • There was about 850 meters still to go.. ;) Lenght of runway 1 is about 3440 meters.

  • Again WORLD cool!

    ;-)

  • whats that first small plane?

  • It is Avro RJ85, airline is Blue1

  • Very cool vantage point to shoot the vid from.
