  • 我想這並非亂教,

    只是這做法並非一般家庭可以做,

    大火熱油快速鎖住肉汁,

    並且達到熟度一致,這並非沒有道理.

    那也不是牛排湯,那本來應該是一點點而已,

    只是為了教學請學生試味道,所以放那麼多吧!
