From the looks of it, I see a red mark on the boot which you can see in Black Devils vids. The plastic is yellow and if it's same city as well, that's a pretty good indication he fucked up. Not saying this is 100%, only way to have known for sure is to look at the scene up close with high detail. Riding fast may be fun, but anyone who does knows it's very possible to die. It comes with the territory.
