I got this phone after holding back for half a year. The one I have (the White-Mint color) is pretty rock solid. It's not as bad as most people say it is and is a a pretty solid yet not expensive smart phone.

Windows Mobile 6.5 is coming out really soon... T-Mobile should have waited because i hear that WinM 6.5 will be a better update to the current one. They should have waited to put the 6.5 on the shadow and maybe it would have been better... but who knows

what i'd like 2 know is why both HTC and T-Mobile waitsted their money and time on a 2nd shadow with exactly the same spec and hideous physical display. They were on point with the 1st Shadow, it was sleek, it was sexy the 2nd 1 just looks bulky. its 2009 and they still wanna put a 2 mp camera on a smartphone??? i dont get it. by the way noah, u were really nice about this phone, the OS version seem EXACTLY the same as the old shadow. they could have at least designed a new homescreen.
