Shroud cutters are very difficult to sharpen. This could be done with ceramic, or diamond rods.

Though, these tools are meant to be carried often and rarely used. They probably will never need to be sharpened.

@RDPproject Ceramic rod. But the idea is you never use it. Keep it in the car then when you need to cut a seat belt you can.

I guess Emt workers would need an sharpenable edge but the idea is its there when you need it but you don't slice through cardboard or paracord with it.
