Real Kung Fu is not looks good or fancy as you may think. I met two of my oldest masters in southern china age 87 and 92. Their Kung Fu looks usless if you just watch they practice but when it come to technical fighting they posess the most accaracy puch and speed lightning. Their secret is to puch or practice one or two techniqes for hundred thousands time per day. This was how they been practice since they were just 10 years old.

Hi martin, we are from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is Chinese Crane Kungfu last time originated from FuJian, An Hui. Don't be confused by so many chinese kungfu(s), like last time i did, now i only focus on my Sifu Kungfu. The basic SamJian is too good to be true and also good enuf for one to practise. Fast & speed as like wat Bruce Lee told is the same as this kungfu. thanks.

that is not wat u tot "face" to put on purposely. its consider one's "state" or "status" while practising the kungfu which wat we always call it the basic "samChin" 精氣神。
