This is really good! I like how it's not someone just completely copying taylors style; you made it your own. As for eyes closed, it has nothing to do with voice projection, but rather connecting with the audience. For the purpose of this video it worked well!

Singers will tell you by closing your eyes and sitting down while singing a song, prevents you from projecting your voice properly, and makes people wonder if your afraid of looking at people, cause u may lock up while singing it.
