  • im getting this album for one reason cause they sound very much like old metallica i say screw anyone that dont like this sound cause of there metallica feel. cause to me this is metallica with a different name cause the real metallica sucks they dont sound the same anymore people go to see them out of respect and to hear them sing there old stuff not to hear there new crappy stuff and if you say other wise then your lieing to yourself you know they dont sound good anymore just cant grasp it

  • @SirMichaelValentine they are more mature in their musical aspect though.

  • Aint my bitch!

  • 2 bands that have seem to have risin from the grave since 2007 are "am i blood" and "eternal decision"(christian rock but certainly kick ass and have a metallica style) due to the fact they have a lead singer that sounds like hetfiled and thier music sounds like metallica's, hopefully another band turns up when metallica announces the making of thier next album

  • @theblackendone

You forgot Trivium. Listen to everything on their album The Crusade... especially Becoming The Dragon.

  • @mechaghostman2

i was referring to bands that had music that without knowing the band, such as am i blood or eternal decision, that you could listen to and tell very little differance, big part of it goes to the singer of course, even though trivium is a good band and all, i do not hear the striking resemblence

  • @theblackendone

Well... Trivium... The Last Crusade's album sounds like Metallica on the And Justice For All album. Mostly the song And Justice For All in particular. Put them side by side and you can hear the striking resemblance.

  • Just by looking at the titles, I see alot of similarity to the Black Album.

    Struggle in Disarray: Struggle Within

War of my Misery: My Friend of Misery

The Saddest Grief: Sad but True

    The One Who Forgives: Unforgiven

It's kind of cool to see what Metallica could have been if they kept their sound.

  • yeah, this band reminds me of what I loved about Metallica. Dont get me wrong, I still respect what Metallica is doing but they just dont have THIS in their sound anymore. I think they still got it in them just have to get back to it.

  • Awesome song.

Often seems that many of the least-known bands, produce the best music!

  • @95flier

That is true. Underground music is always the best... and mainstream ones are really good too... but they lose some feeling after they become inspired/influenced by the money.

  • i dont think its so much that these guys sound like metallica, its that their song structures strike such an impressive resemblence. dudes are good havent heard one tune by them that i dont love!!!

  • This is fucking awesome, cant wait for their next album.

  • Ain't nothing wrong with a Finnish-accented James Hetfield!

  • This is jawdropping.

So far i've heard 5 tracks by Am I Blood and i've liked it all WTF!

if this goes on then this band could easily become my favorite band.

  • this shit rocks!!!!!

  • really, if metallicas new album is anything like this i will be over the moon. this is really awesome. im metallicas number one fan, and its so good to hear other bands carryin the sound. its brilliant, loads of attitude, and chuggy riffs. excellent vocals and lyricss. 5 stars

  • Wow. Im a fan of this now. Thanks friend.

  • Old school MetallicA still rules. But this shit rocks too!
