  • Hi Esther! Your videos are amazing, the variety is great and I really feel like there is enough here for me to start practicing yoga with. I am wondering what speed to start the sun salutations because you seem to go fast. I'm a beginner, should I take it slow? Thanks!

  • Thank you for all your insipiring videos. I love the way you guide us step by step in all the poses n make us listen to our bodies, better than most yoga instructors in classes I been to. I will keep adding up sun salutations in my mornings. Namaste ♥

  • I am a bit late but I am starting the challenge. Yoga seems very interesting and I have friends who practice it religiously and have amazing amounts of weight loss and have become more tone. I hope to do the same. Keep up the great videos I look forward to graduating to some of your other videos!

  • I love a good challenge! Thank you for posting this. It helps to motivate and excite me about getting fit and flexible. I just found out I'm pregnant, so your yoga videos are a great way for me to feel better about my body. Here's to the New Year. :-)

  • happy new year love! last year i was working out and doing yoga aswell for a few months and stopped in early august, school was so stressful and NO time to relax and even do yoga, this year im making it a goal to loose weight and feel amazing, i know itll take time but i want to be healthy! love watching your videos and im glad im getting into yoga again :)

  • Thanks for this challenge, Esther, I'm going to try it for sure. An excellent way to get back into yoga after a long absence. Here's a question for you. I recently had breast surgery - not too serious, just a benign lump removed. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I feel like I've recovered even though I can't stretch too much yet. Do you think it's too early to start doing yoga? Or is there a particular pose that you would recommend? Thanks and keep up the great work!!

  • @IndieV Its fine to start yoga, anything that will make you feel good! However, with lots and lots of respect to what your body has just gone through. So start very slow, very mindful, do only one or half a sun salute, and see how you feel the next day before you decide to do more. Sun salutes are good they'll get the energy moving again.

  • @IndieV The video "4 yoga poses to change the way you feel" are good too, it will also open the body up nicely and is not too intense. Don't do handstand, but legs up the wall instead as a last pose. All the best with your full recovery!

  • @ejones26 That should be fine, providing you are not hurting yourself in any way. If the body resists in any way, listen and back off! but opening, softening, releasing and increased circulation will all help.

  • Happy New Year, Esther! thanks for the great video! This is my favorite Sun salutation. I'm not able to do it since I'm expecting a baby, the due date is in couple of days.

    I wonder if I could do this sun salutation couple of weeks after baby delivery, or should I wait more time to pass? At the moment I'm having problems with swollen feet, but it's not that bad.

  • @ancikova Dear Ana, see how you feel when you are there. Your body will know, if it feels good indeed start with one, or even a half and do some more everyday :-) Just don't push, but moving with awareness is always a good idea. Wishing you a beautiful delivery of your baby.. Love, Esther

  • I'm going to do this challenge in slow motion taking more than the 10 days, but accept the concept. Thanks Esther. I needed some structure and a goal. If I can do even one of these Sun Salutations anywhere near as well as you present, then I've come a long way.
