This was very interesting and some I havn't seen before for an abridged series. The jokes were a hit or miss with me, but again its the first episode and I did see that this was the scriptwriters first dive into scripting an abridged series. Ill see where this series goes from here.

First of all why call it Abridged when it looks like you're using a bulk of the gameplay. It feels more like a boredom dub than an abridged series. It's certainly parody but abridged it is not at least thus far and maybe that will change.

All this felt like to me was oneliner after oneline after onliner... like I was playing the 2003 TMNT console game. Step it up guys. You can do better.

1. this is an abridged series because we are shirtening in length while keeping the main plot (according to the dictionary)

2. this is a new look on abridging, video games haven't been done this way very commonly before with the exception of a few series before it

3. it's for fun so it should not matter.

Just another thing, try to give us a chance this is episode 1 and my first time abridging a video game with game footage in it. I appreciate your feedback but don't give up on us yet ^^

well this isn;t a let's play because a let's play involves the person commenting as they play not teh characters, and i edited this there was over 40 minutes of fotage technically it's abridged, trust me i've been doing this for a while i know what i'm doing

There have been many Let's Plays I've seen which dubs over characters as they play to mock their dialogue. And more or less, that's what this is. Simply a mocking of the game's dialogue and features with constant one-liners. No build-up jokes, no character details, nothing.

And last time I checked, not every Let's Player uploads every last second of their gameplay. They sometimes have to "abridged" their work, too.
