nice vid! i had a Q. are chinups and pullups good for women? and if they are then in what way can you prepare yourself for doing them...cuz they r rather hard!
Hey thanks! Pull ups and chin ups are awesome for EVERYONE! No matter if you're a boy or girl. I would suggest having a friend spot you and push your legs upward to assist the weight.. The more you do it, you will eventually not need a lift ; ) Good luck!!
Hey! Thanks for the video. I have a question. I've been doing 3 sets of 17 reps each (pushups), and after 3 days it felt too easy. So now should I increase the number of sets or the numbers of reps per set? Thanks!
Good job! ABSOLUTELY! Do as many as you can in as many sets as you can until you fall on your face : ) Push yourself and you will be able to do more and more each day.
