  • Hey thanks! Pull ups and chin ups are awesome for EVERYONE! No matter if you're a boy or girl. I would suggest having a friend spot you and push your legs upward to assist the weight.. The more you do it, you will eventually not need a lift ; ) Good luck!!

  • Good job! ABSOLUTELY! Do as many as you can in as many sets as you can until you fall on your face : ) Push yourself and you will be able to do more and more each day.

  • @badboykiller1234 The chest fly movement is a great one. Try them on a resistance cable machine or a free motion to maintain resistance during the entire range of motion. Thanks so much for the comment!! ; *
