Yup they key to solving major problems is to solve the small ones that build up to the larger issues. Solving smaller social issues on a massive scale can in turn help relieve the problems caused by bigger issues. If you make people happier and better educated it in turn leads them to more openly debate and discuss the larger issues they face together.
