  • he is runnin' out of gas ;p

  • opinion about the top speed? because it have done 175, it would go up to 185 on 4th i think and easily do over 190 on 5th. It goes, pretty well on such a small car and such a small engine.

  • @arturzaczkowski - who said this was the topspeed? Easily over 190? Nice try mate :P

  • @Hitman2306 while watching this clip it looks like it gonna reach 190, you still got 5th left

  • @Hitman2306 i got 110mph out of my 1.3Si then had to slow down

  • @A51Jeremy thats 177kmh lol. Try again pal :)

  • @Hitman2306 i did 180 in a 1.0 with 4 on board :)

  • @arturzaczkowski Any mods done to yours? Because 5th gear is so long you really need alot of power to turn it! It would do 245 if you could rev 5th to the limiter. I did 210 in this car down a small hill ;)

  • it would do much, much more ;)

  • @arturzaczkowski and what would that be? As this very car is now mine i am very interested in your opinion?

  • Are all 1.3 "Super S" ? if not .. where is the difference ? why do you have a Rev. counter ?

  • @unclewilly2 - not all 1.3 are Super S, only few are. Super S - different front bumper with fog lights, rear spoiler, 13" Alu rims, sport steering wheel, ABS, optional rear disc brakes, sportier front seats, quick-rack, ....

About the rev.counter I don't know really. Think that some normal 1.3 had it too.

  • How can you advance the ignition time ?

  • @unclewilly2 - warm the car up until the fan kicks in. Let it idle and get an ignition timing light. Then loosen the distributor so you can turn it left/right. Hook up the ignition timing light and then you look at the crankshaft pulley and you'll se a couple of markings on it as the light flickers. The timing marks on the crank pulley read from left to right when standing facing the pulley are -5 --0 -- 5 -- 10 -- 15 -- 20. Standard timing is 15deg + or - 2deg.

  • @unclewilly2 - I've set mine to 17deg BTDC because I was using RON95 fuel.

  • What ist that ?

    Walker backbox,

  • @unclewilly2 - catback replacement exhaust for the Micra from Walker Exhaust Systems. You can find their webpage by copying the name above into Google. This back-box was already on the car when I bought it and if you're not planing on upgrading your whole exhaust system don't get it.

  • Was there a 75HP woth Revmeter ?

  • @unclewilly2 - think yes but I could be wrong.

  • @unclewilly2 Only Super S trim had the rev counter!

  • @fondko Ok is there another difference between "Normal 1.3" and "1.3 Super S" ?

  • @unclewilly2 bumpers, quick rack power steering, seats, interior trims, sunroof etc...

  • 55KW ? (75HP)

  • @unclewilly2 - well actually after I removed the precat and the step in it and the 2nd cat and used Bosch Super 4 sparks and gapped them a fair bit and advanced the ignition timing even more....ther car was on a dyno and it had 89hp (not whp) and it pulled throught the whole rev-range and the power didn't drop until the rev-limiter kicked in.

  • @unclewilly2 - but yes in this video it was stock apart from the Walker backbox, ignition timing advanced (set to 17deg btdc) and Mushroom open air filter and that's about it. So let's say that it had around 75hp, probably :)

  • @Hitman2306 are´nt 75HP stock ? i would think i had 80HP ?

  • stock?

  • @algrosu - Walker backbox, ignition timing advanced, Mushroom open air filter and that's about it.
