  • super!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • she is excelent I admire her !! and I'm belly dancer I love to dance this song :)

  • She is a pearl

  • What makes Aziza my belly dancing role model is her energy, her attitude and her presence. She is such an amazing dancer and is so articulate when it comes to speaking with her body, that you can tell her love of the dance is always present. Her vibrant energy and her amazing talent is something I hope to attain one day.

Keep dancing Aziza, because I can say you inspire a lot of people. ^_^

  • Aziza, portland misses you

  • I see u know her ;) I remember her very well when i was a little girl she used to dance in a local restaurant in Portland, she knew me very well. Hope i could see her again.

  • I just found a new favorite dancer!!

  • I love her!! Does anybody know the title of this music piece?

  • @sexyback0409 Alf leela w leela...it's already written 0:03 =)

  • @sexyback0409

    It's in the beginning.

Alf Layla or Alf Leyla Wa Leyla.

  • @sexyback0409 Alf Layla We Layla -- originally by Om Kalthoum, this is an abridged instrumental version by the Cairo Orchestra

  • aziza you are very hot ya ya yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa habibeeeeeeeeeeeee aziza

  • She enjoys sheself dancing and we with her - bravo!

  • I watch this video almost every day. It's still mesmerizing.

  • I like how what she is doing looks effortless

  • I love the musicality of her arms and hands....A pleasure to watch!

  • I like how she doesnt dance to a structure. It's what she feels. I hate how there is such thing as proper foot work and such. yes elegance is imporant , but that comes from the passion for dancing with belly dance.

  • from an Egyptian point of view..this gurl is the best dancer I ve ever seen..unlike Sadie and Kaya she has the dancing spirit..she feels the music n let her body freely react 2 it..I think she's even better than Suhair Zaki!!!

  • @itsdrme She is quite exceptional in her creativity, natural flow and feeling the music. But noone can compare to Suheir Zaki! ya haram!

  • @lilacs13 hehe..I know..but compared to modern belly dancers she is Suhair Zaki of the century..lol..she has the spirit many now lack =S

  • @itsdrme True. Since I watched this video, I have watched many others of her. She does glide through air. Samaka 2, perhaps. lol Her veil work and instrumental solos are most impressive. Drum solos don't do justice to her grace.

  • She expresses a unique love of the dance, her movements are very fluid like silk, a pleasure to watch........I Love Her!

  • No me canso de ver tus videos.¿Cuándo vienes a Perú?.......

  • she is staying apart from all other "world famous" dancers (from america) also with her costumes and that makes her more rare. thanks aziza for showing how to dance cheerfully and wittily while it looks like no effort. of course it is hypnotizing, because it is so natural and meaningful.

  • Your observation is on target, she loves dancing it is in her whole body.

She is very good, one of the best!

  • God. This is perfection. Literally. The best song and the best performer ever.

  • I attended her workshop in st louis and she was awesome. Very nice and down to earth. She gave a fabulous performance at the show which my troupe also performed at. it was very fun to be on the same stage with her watching in the audience. it was a great experience!!

  • OMG, you were at the same workshop as me! She is wonderful. A great teacher and a beautiful woman with a sweet, sweet spirit.

  • very good!!! bellissima... ma di dove è???

  • stati uniti

  • Anybody know her real name? Is she Arab?

  • I'm not sure what her real name is, but I believe she is from Montreal, Canada, but born in Portland, Oregon.

  • Amazing! And, this is a long performance.

  • She is the Belly Dance Queen... I'm looking forward to her workshop in St. Louis this spring...

  • alf lila wa lila ,this is the name of the song.good luck

  • Linda !!! Amooo ela, minha inspiração !!!

  • Amazing dancer! Like the song as well, what is the title? Can someone give it to me?

  • Alf Leila Wa Leila

  • thx :)

  • it says on the begining of the video.* "Alf Leyla wa leyla"

  • jaja, saw it after i sent the message here! but thx :)

  • This is the true Raksharki. In my opinion Sadie and Kaya can not even compare to this woman.

  • Bless you for saying that!

  • yes, sadie and kaya are a bag of tricks they belong at the circus; they have no feeling for the music

  • to me,dancing is her passion which i respect her.

  • She is so natural and fresh while dancing... I feel like hypnotized when I watch her videos. Wonderful Aziza!

  • Lazy?

    TRY and dance like her

good dancers always make it look easy, that`s what makes em good

  • She is THE BEST!!! Love You!

  • Beauty personified! She creates movement that compliment the musicality of the song. She shimmies where appropriate, and not so ong that the attention wanders, always layering a slow move on top to create dimension. She is not frantic or jarring, no hesitation. Beautiful arms! She is subtle like the music calls for, and her floating moves are the best I've ever seen!

  • to merlinado.. i think u dont really appreciate this dance or not even bellydance.how can u say she s lazy?? its a wonderfu coreography and music. 1 of the best bellydancers. everything that was here was pure belllydance!!! twists and turns are actually part of bellydance. they make it more interesting

  • to silvertoungedbard

watch Sadie and Kayla and see the difference.

  • Sadie is indeed amazing in an atletic, gymnastic kind of way. She does amazing isolations in the Turkish style but she does not bellydance in the oriental traditon. In fact, she either has no interest or has been unsuccessful in understanding the arabic sensibility of middle eastern dance. Nice acrobatics but not exactly bellydancing.

Aziza, on the other hand is one of the few american dancers that comes close to evoking the arabic soul in her dancing.

  • She is not lazy! She is a beautiful and graceful dancer.

  • If everyone shimmied in the same place to ALf Leila, all the dances would look alike, no? She has simply chosen the melody line in strategic places, rather than limit herself to the percussion. IT's an interpretive choice and its beautiful. And it helps her stand apart from all those other dancers shimmying in the same places in Alf Leila. .

  • First time I see this beatiful dancer! I like it a lot!!

  • she is good teacher and the good bellydance too.

  • She was in Argentina and taught a choreography very similar to this. She is the best teacher by far, and she is as sweet as she looks in the video. We love you Aziza!! Come back soon.

  • She is great! :D

  • i love it. This song and this belly dancer is so good.

  • True... I see in her the passion that the great Sohier Zaki has! She's very graceful. And she makes bellydancing look effortless! Unlike other dancers who look stiff and overly choreographed. Aziza's relaxed style and facial expressions shows that she really enjoys dancing!

  • I love Aziza,

  • wow, how beautiful performance!

  • I love Aziza, her simplicity, classiness, grace, and sweet demeanor remind me of Soheir Zaki, my favorite Egyptian dancer (even thought there are others).

  • Perfection - absolute perfection!! She is a brilliant teacher and very, very lovely!! There is no one better than Aziza :)

  • The best bellydancer, a great teacher and a very nice lady!

  • This was exquisite. Took my breath away...

  • now ONE trully authentic arab interpretation of alf leila we leila.. forget the others (especially jillina!)
