you can use the development build of chrome for mac or linux. search "chromium rel-xp" in google and the first link should lead you to the chrome dev build for windows go to the parent directory and you will see builds for mac and linux

FYI: Thats Firefox 3 for the mac not Safari and Chrome is still in development.

they are always using differents browsers, i think they do it to show neutrality (so the people wouldn't think, ohhh, google only care about using chrome). If u check all the videos from this channel, several months after they had released chrome, they still making videos using firefox and safari and of course chrome (NEVER IE!!!!!, wanna know why?........ it sucks......).
