I don't know anything about "hot fish", but "There She Is!!" is a 5 episode series of flash cartoons about a rabbit girl who falls in love with a cat guy, which is a socially unacceptable romance in their world. Each episode is in the form of a music video with Korean pop music.

It's probably better that it's titled wrong. Hot Fish was taken down because of copyright issues with the song, I think. Technically, it's not supposed to be up anymore. Besides, it still links to There She Is. The boy and girl are obviously Nabi and Doki's human counterparts.
