This is in the movie, go on wikepidia and it says Adian made his own video with Samara's and his own memories. I never watched the whole movie though, so I'm not sure if it's in the DVD or not.

let's get one thing straight. the american videos are nothing compared to the original j-vids. they're bland, they're lifeless, they're attempts at art.

and what the hell is that ju-on kid doing in there?! right before the last well scene..

I quite liked the american version of the videos, but they can't be compared with the original japanese, that video wasn't a mish-mash of visual effects (like the american ones), but it made some sense...

That's why these feel rather bland. Specially on the Ring 2, it's the worst hollywood crossover between Ringu/Dark Water/Ju-On ever made...

Are you sure? I'm positive this in on the DvD. There are also all of the cursed tapes (including this one) on The Ring (american) dvd... I know that this isn't home made.

i have buy the two dvd's and this tape is not on one of them. i think this is made by a fan... the tape of the first movie is also the tape on the second movie

this isnt a cursed video, some of the shots from this were used when aiden was in the hospital in the snd one when he grabs rachels arm to give her a clue as how to stop samara. This was just a marketing video a few months before the ring two came out. It is not a video.

Some of the shots go by to quickly, the original japanese one go it right with the longness to each shot, like the man with the towel-y thing on his head pointing at whatever.
