God says "OK" and he dies at bedside just as she delivers. And then there's Jimmy Cross's "I want my baby back" wherein a guy misses his deceased girl & digs her up - complete with shovel sound effects and the sound of a coffin lid being prised off B4 the triumphant chorus "I've got my baby back"
