this phone is amazing, I have it right now. It does come fully charged in the box [well mine did] and it come with the charger and the instruction manual. When you first turn it on, it takes you through a tutorial that shows you everything you need to know how to do with the phone (messaging, dialing, etc) and the touchscreen is very responsive! the keyboard is what i use mainly and I've had no problems with it. Overall the phone is great!
