@Miniwargaming Acording to Codex and the rule Books a Transport is its own "Unit" Kinda like a Space Marine Captain joining a Tac Squad the Tac Squad if fully killed is now worth 2 Kill points, A Tac Squad inside a Dedicated Transport is worth 2 (1 For Squad 1 for Transport) a Indipentant character + Squad + Transport is now worth 3 (1 Squad 1 Transport 1 Unit)

Only time this is not True is when it Basicly STATES it via unit. Like a GrayKnight commander with a Retnu

evey army is good / different I find the Nid guy mostly plays to win and has slightly a Ego side on HAHA I WON I WON type of thing, Dosnt play armys just for fun. Exampel with Orks, Pure infantay Masses are not that great vs Templates and other things, But fun to play (Just except to lose a massive amount of peeps / the game) While Ork Mech is better Competeitive.

@xXThePanzerXx That's not true. The whole Nazi agenda was based on nationalism for the German people, and there were many politicians within the Nazi agenda because of the previous Weimar Republic. Hitler didn't kill and prevent politicians, he killed his opposition. It isn't produced by the Allies (Also, you mean the Russians, seeing as how they smudged the numbers) when Germans themselves say that's what happened, especialyl Germans who lived during the time.

ok i might sound noobish saying this but i am a new ork player starting speed freakz and i want to know if i should go with lootas or burnas and if lootas would be any good against necrons? bcause i am going to get a box with option for a mek boy with 4 lootas or 4 burnas and i want to get my revenge on my friends necrons

@CraKKdxYeti IMO i find the lootas dont get the rolls they need to really drop enemies. God forbid they are behind cover, or 3+ armor save. The burnas can choose to shoot their flamers or attack with a pwr weapon in close combat, very effective when taking down fatties. Plus, if your already building a speed freak army, your not going to have many targets to shoot with the lootas. Plus a Mek boy with a KFF gives the trukk a 5 + cover save, and he can repair wep destroyed or imobilized on a 4+

A Unit is basicly a Squad or a Indepentant Unit (Like Pedro or a Land Raider) Transports are a unit that comes WITH another Unit. To me and just about eveyone eles I chat with. A Transport is another Unit. this is honestly the first time ive seen people not declare such things

I played a game with my Nids vs an Ork army and lost. Last two turns I had most of my army left but the ork player was ahead by 7 kill points due to gaunts spawning and dieing but when i tied up his last squad of boys (all he had was an immobilized truck and 6 other models) with 60 gaunts they kept whiffing and he just kept on getting his 2+ saves. I should have won but the dice gods were on his side that day. It was an awesome fun game though.

@40Korks123 they are about the same...since they are hord armies. orks u have endless customization with your vehicles and troops. tyranids have better armour saves than orks. tyranids also have more psychic abilities than orks. in my opinion orks are more fun to play with. have fun.

@Faydwarf Getting wings off another model seems like the popular choice, as is pinning them into place. I've seen balrog wings used but the model of wings comes down to personal choice/cost of the model really.. forgeworld has a tyrant with it's own wings too, and some sculpt it out of modelling putty but I don't know much about that.

Not to be a ass but the rulebook do specify killpoint, I read from the assault on black reach page 92 under MULTIPLE UNIT CHOICES "Note that occasionally the Codexes allow the player to include several units in his army at the cost of a single force organisation slot (like dedicated transports, etc.). Apart from being bought as a single choice these units operate and count as separate units in all respects". I wrote it word for word, check it out if you don't believe me. Love miniwargaming ^^

In regards to ded. transports and if they count as a kill point or not, My house rule, (and I run lots of large tournies) is that ded. transports do not count as a seperate point, BUT, because of those certain types of players, (you knowwho you are!) who hide thier transports, we decided that you only need to take out the squad to gain the kill point.

@pickleojoe a kill point is when you kill a squad of your enemy's army. So a to get a kill point, you have to completely wipe out the whole squad. No matter how big it is. So like orks, if there are 30 boys, you have to kill all 30 boys. There are different rules for vihicles and independent characters, but would basically follow the rules of kill points.
