you'll get internet access wherever you have wireless signals, but obviously when you stretch past that you'll lose the connecting and lose the internet. but if you paid monthly for an internet signal, yes you'll get it wherever

Too bad this is NOT multitouch.

It's 2 (in fact 3 including scrollwheel) capacitive touchsensors. They can be used at same time. Multitouch would it be when I press 2 fingers on the left or right side of wheel, but that is not possible.

Each touch-sensor there is single-touch. But we have multiple capacitive surfaces ;)

Multitouch hardware is capable of sensing 2 or more (MULTI) different places touched on the same screen. The diamond just can't do that. I can press 2 buttons at the same time (like in this vid) and according to you that is multitouch?

hearing what i've said a sec ago, ouch), although it has bluetooth, basically, you can not use bluetooth for the transmission of data between computers or phones, iphone can not send business cards or files ex: mp3s, movies, etc. (BIG OUCH), does not allow sending MMS(LOL & OUCH), has no voice-dialing or speed dial (...:))...ouch...:))...), safari browser does not support flash, nor is it possible to install other software for browsing the web...AND THAT'S NOT ALL....//message part 2

Please, take your diamond apart and you will see that diamond has in fact 4 capacitive touch-fields: The home and answer button is 1, the area around the center button is 2, the button itself is 3 and the back and hangup button is 4.

Oh, the screen itself makes 5, but that's not capacitive.

It can SIMULATE multitouch, but the area's itself cannot see multitouch.

Please do the following test:

put 2 fingers on the left or right side of button, like touch the phone and the answer button. You will see, that in the test-application, just 1 spot can be seen, the point between. Just like a (single) touch normal screen.

Don't accuse me of not thinking, I woulnd say it if I were not sure of what I say.

lol thats how u named them??? thats the buttom input device and it has 12 buttons and touches and they arent grouped, take that apart again(if u really did) and lock closer u will see 9 buttons and the touches sensors here's a list with all buttons and touch sensors: 1 home key 2 back key 3 answer key 4 hangup key 5 enter key (the one in the midle) 6 up arrow key 7 down arrow key 8 right arrow key 9 left arrow key (surrounding the enter key) //message part 1

Multi-touch is software AND hardware. HTC is well known for hiding hardware features e.g. the 850 band on the Touch Diamond.
