@baghiera : Not always ,there're many factors that make them popular around the worlds such as quality ,language[English] and the guitarists or artists intend to produce their song with their own language for their country only.

another important factor is they can not afford "costs" for going international.

you can see many ultimately insane guitarlists who are just no well-known guys are better than many international guitarists.
