  • Relaxin has nutthin to do with hair growth nd all ya ppl dat say noooo go natural ur hair will be long no it wont because relaxin has nutrhin to do with the roots of ya hair geez im 13 nd kno more bout here den yall "adults" nd her hair wont be overprossed if u relax the mew growth thank u very much

  • I luv "stay with you" by john legend. Brings me bak :-)

  • @LovelyOverload

I think your hair looks nice. I'm thinking of relaxing too. Any tips for self-relaxing virgin hair?

  • it didnt even look like u needed a relaxing

  • :D Your hair looks LOVELY after you're done!

  • Ive been doing micro braids since i was 10 and every christmas or major holiday i would relax my hair sometimes it would be once a year but at other times i may get it relaxed for a second time in a year. My hair hasnt really grown much whenever i take down my braids the longest its reached was half way down my neck!!! I want to grow my hair out before i start my freshman year in highschool which is in about 10 weeks!!!! AND I NEED HELP! i cannot deal with these itchy annoying micro braids I HA

  • Im loving the result Your hair looks amazing.

  • my aunts hair all fell aff from all thise relaaxing :(

  • y do ppl perm there hair at such a early time????ur hair iiisss superrr short if i was u i would keep my hair natural until it gets longgggggggg like mine then perm.

allot of young girls where i live perm there hair when there hair is short and it ends up looking ugly. leave ur hair natural bcuz even if ur hair is short u would still be able to braid it ... but if u go ahead and perm ur hair there is nothing to do with it but to leave it out.. or put it into a pony tail.. can i get a AMEN???

  • @xoHeyitsLoovedarose i relax my hair every 8 -10 weeks to keep my new growth straight. I dont think my hair was super short in this video = ?

  • how much did the kit cost?

  • can anybody use that relaxer? any hair type?

  • i use cocoa butter around my headline from front to back and on my ears and i haven't had chemical burns since i started doing this, for me my hair is curly and frizzy and if i don't perm the ends as well, the roots look great but the ends not so much, i also come my relaxer in and i've never had any problems with it, my hair doesn't fall out and it doesn't break off either as long as i take care it, works for me but i wouldn't advise anyone else to do it, lol

  • @lovelydiva06 your hair probably seems curly/frizzy because it is overprocessed.

  • i have some questions how come wheni perm my hair the next dat its realy hard at the scalp.....also when i comb my hair when its wett i shed alot.....and when i perm my hair i get sores...lastly when i straighten my permed hair its usaly not silky feeling...o im 14years old

  • @briannanadesuwa with the hard at the scalp i can guarantee that u over processed

ur hair as for the sores those are chemical burns the relaxer was either left on too long or the strength is too strong. and next time make sure u wash all the relaxer out!

    ps.. im a cosmetology grad...

  • @briannanadesuwa oh baby girl no! i believe you should stop relaxing your hair immediately and do some protective styling. There are several channels that aid you with transitioning from relaxed to natural, please, ask questions! I will answer, that sounds extremely dangerous.

  • I have never used a flat-iron in my hair becuase i thought it would thin out so i only blow-comb it but if i was to use a flat -irom is there like something that could protect my hair against the hot pressing.

  • @MakeMeFamousBaaby yes there are million of heat protectants you can choose from = )

  • is the area in the front right corner of your hair balding?? because it kinda looks like it.

  • @dajewel1982 not balding its just thinning...but it has since grown back in im glad too say

  • @LovelyOverload you should use some shea butter, or castor oil. i think only natural products. I read your blog and you said your addicted. trust me, i believe it would be easy for you to overcome because it looks like you care a lot about your hair. I would try if it i was you. I promise it will be a good journey for you

  • i dont understand why do black people have to relax hair? my friend relaxes her hair i have no idea what it does, does it make your hair like as i would say greasey because i notice that my friends hair feels oily like its greasy, so basically putting it simple how come you need to relax your hair and once you have relaxed it can you wash it?

  • @dannydarkbaracuda a relaxer just loosens the curl pattern of your hair....thus make the hair straight. it has nothing to do with grease...

  • thats so wierd i have EXACTLY the same relaxer as you! this will be perfect ...

  • OMG i love how your perm came out.. lol i always mess my perms up.. my left side would be more puffy than my right side.. idk what im doing wrong.. i usually always start on my left .. mmm

  • Not to be weird or anything but you have such a pretty face and Ive used the olive oil relaxer once but then I switched to dr. miracle. I want to switch back to olive oil but i'm nervous.I only use aphogee products and a perm. castor oil is all i use in my hair. your hair also looks very thick! in one video, you were talking about possibly going natural. tried that and im 18. lol I couldn't comb through it. thanks for posting!!

  • @ImAshleyNichol thank you! Yeah I couldnt go natural if wasnt for me lol

  • Its funny i just bought the Olive Oil relaxer for the first time, applied it and it just made me hair so soft a fluffy (who complains about that right? ha ha ha)...now i'm having problems with my partial sew in cause my hair just wont flatten out like it use to to make it blend ( i forgot to put in the aphogee, but i was sooo tired)

do you have any suggestions on what i could do to make my hair less fluffy so it flattens better?

    Thanks :)

  • @tangychocolate5 uummmim not sure maybe a straightening serum?!?!

  • I just brought a brand new flat iron trying to learn how to use it, i need to work my like your working yours, your hair looks very good!!.

  • @reggie02062 thank you ! just keep practicing with it... I actually want a new flat iron myself = )

  • Nice video!

  • thank you = )

  • What song is that playing ??? Please lol

  • john legend stay with you

  • @LovelyOverload jOHN lEGEND THAt ole Mini AFro Wearing raspy voice no range having ass nigga need to stop singing.

  • @BackIITheMax i like john legend

  • @LovelyOverload Me 2! That man is simply beautiful! Say Hi 2all the haters! lol I'm 10mos natural&thinkin about goin back 2my perm! lol :)

  • Thanks for doing this video..looks like your hair grew it looks so healthy..very helpful

  • no problem! thanmk you = )

  • what if your 13 and flat iron it almost every day but use hair protectent and don't know how to relax your hair..... should i ask my mom she used to be a hair dresser or should i waite till I am older like 19 or 20

  • well this is all depends on the conndition of your hair. Is the constant heat causing damage? If youre 13 you may not need a perm at this point, defintly ask your mom. = )

  • no it never cause damage and i only was and condition every 3 days and i use bed head morstier manic and works well with my hair my hair is soft and shiny so i am not sure if i need to

  • U don't need to perm ur hair. Ur hair is beautiful the way it is. If u want to straighten you should flat iron or get a wash and set. U have beautiful hair.

  • i dont perm my hair out of necessity..I perm my hair because i want to...thank you though =)

  • Hate relaxers :( not natural or necessary...I haven't had one in 5 years but I use my trusty flat iron once a week and I get my hair straighter than yours with a relaxer in it

  • i love relaxers : ) Been getting them for years. Flat Ironing once a week is way too much heat! I flat iron 2 twice a month and I bet My hair STAYS straighter than your

  • I am glad I saw this video as I was planning to relax my hair on Monday, I do my own too. I used to always relax the ends too, but I won't this time around. I used to use that relaxer, it is very good, I now use the Optimum Care anti-breakage therapy. Your end results look great. Thanks for sharing!

  • thanks no problem

  • Nice Results!

  • thank you

  • Gurl I use that exact same relaxer <3 it & I luv there other products as well. Btw I'm doing a tut 2day on the revlon deep waver on my own hair. Thanks again, & ur process was just fine :)

  • thank you! i'll check out that vid for sure

  • I use this perm also and I love it. I usually use the shampoo and conditioner that comes with it too. The shampoo is great for my hair and it makes it feel silky. The conditioner is VERY thick and it it a deep conditioner. As an added bonus, it smells like citrus. Personally, I think if you buy this kit and use the products that come with it (EXCEPT FOR THE CREAMY MOISTURIZER), you will love it.

  • I agree 100% = )

  • I remember those perm days! lol

  • lol...gotta love em

  • olive oil perm is the shit?

  • i loves it!

  • yea i been waiting for u to do this video. interesting. looks good

  • lol..you been waiting?..Thank you
