hi there ..i would like to ask you why didnt you do cantholysis and another you did not release lower lid retractors from lower tarsal plate ? can we do away with such steps?
i am really admired by the simplicity and perfection of your surgery. It really has helped me a lot to improve my surgical skill.

Both these steps are acheived at the same time as I cut with the scissors along the inferior border of the tarsal plate.
