  • Very interesting video. It's obvious a lot of work went into it, thanks for that. Do you consider yourself a Wisdom Keeper? I've always felt my spiritual side but have never been able to arrive at and solid conclusion as to who i am or where i'm going. Probably the case with most people huh. I liked the cat at the end, where did you find a cat that can flip the bird? :) When's the next video? Peace out friend

  • @silentmajor I suppose anyone who holds a reverence for and knowledge of the old ways in their heart is some kind of wisdom keeper. Generally though, I relegate the term to those that have committed their lives in service to our people through the keeping of this knowledge and spirit. I don't think there will be another video, this video brought so many vicious attacks by very racist people who refused to believe this was real and thought it was all made up.

  • @allisonforfornsed It was a good video I really enjoyed it. to bad there are so many clowns out there that have to be assholes. I appreciate how you feel though, I usually give my same old reply when I get a hold of an asshole. but i won't say it out respect for those who might be offended. q:?)

  • @silentmajor Thank you! LOL....yeah, there's lots of assholes out there...lots of people that are sold to current mainstream ideas too.

  • I enjoyed this video. The very end however would turn off any open minded native that made it that far. We all have to be open minded and forgiving.

  • @MorpheusBride LOL well I appreciate your constructive comment.

  • Thing I see in a lot of the people 'doing ceremony' and trying to reconstruct something or be 'inspired' by native american or pagan or celtic or whatever, is that they have NO REAL SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE. If U talk to traditional practitioners and elders, their ways are not 'philosophical' but very concrete. New age/neo pagan/wiccan stuff I've actually encountered is MADE UP, people playing with crystals, 'creating ceremony' and so on. Fantasy land.

  • @carloscarlos13 didn't you see the source references in my video? you should study world history- the great historians and today's scholars are proof. Apparently you missed the historical references I made in the video, basically the whole bibliography of the video. I do not deal in new age hoodoo, or mix-and-match wiccany crystal aromatherapy chakra attunement bologna. Please check the references. I have referred to herodotus, tacitus, lucius cassius dio, Livy, Brittanica online, among others.

  • Thanks for the great video. It is hard for a white person to be spiritual these days, isn't it! It seems like the only spirituality we are "allowed" is Christianity. I'm all for bringing back nature worship and shamanic living, and it is inspiring to be reminded that it IS in our roots- we just have to go back a little further in our history. Let's all agree to raise our kids this way, eh? :-)

  • @3BirdDancer It is in each one of us, whatever colour our skin is we all have ancestors!!! it is so easy to connect to the land...trees.....birds and animals.....the streams and rocks . You need no books , you have everything within if you take time to listen. I once live in a busy community and now have made a home in the wildwoods and life is so simple ....... If you want something in your life then it can be yours. :))

  • Very nice and informative video. Great work, and I agree. As far as how anthropologists use the word ’shamanism’ - its everywhere in one form or another throughout the world at one point or another.

  • Who said whites didnt have shamans in relation to their own ancient pantheon? All white shamans and plastic medicine men was saying was that WHITE people should not be shamans for NATIVE AMERICAN religions that have NOTHING to do with EUROPEAN PAGANISM.

  • @imabadking - You would be surprised. I’ve had people tell me that any white person who is practicing paganism - either reconstructionism or neopagan - are nothing but fake want-to-bes. Not all of them think that way, but some do.

  • @XMoonSeekerX Its a hard struggle im sure, there is so little precious information on europen pagan religions due to mass conversions of pagans by christians, as well as the mass murder of druids by the roman legion etc. While I would never consider it a lost cause, it would be very hard to actually reconstruct a celtic religion, and much of (if not the majority) of the rituals would have to fabricated so I could understand how people would call neopagans "fakes". But at least they try right?

  • @imabadking One need not reconstruct any religion, celtic or otherwise. I think what is important if one wants to practice european pagan ways in their life is to simply stick to the main ideas that are the important basis for euro-paganism, such as reverence for the earth and nature spirits, a reciprocal relationship with the earth and its spirits, ancestor worship/communcation, respect for the old gods, seasonal festivals, etc. it really doesn't have to get any more complicated than that.

  • @allisonforfornsed True, but I (if for no other reason than historical value) would like to see european pagan religions be restored. I personally dont belive in any of the old pantheons of the ancient gods, however I consider myself a philosophical pagan, I set aside the bondage of many christian moral views in order to follow lessons taught the old gods, after all many "gods" are just symbols for various human constructs and virtues(war, love, valor, honor etc).

  • @imabadking Indeed. I believe these pagan ways are important for the sake of the cultural identity of white people as a tribal people. that's why I want to see it become common practice; I want to see the gathering of the tribes.

  • @imabadking

    Agree.

***That video "White Shamans and Plastic Medicine Men, Part 1 of 3" has NO objections of white people having shamans. NOR does that video say only Native people can have shamans.***

Obviously someone didnt comprehend the video.

  • VERY interesting!Theres a bit I'd like to say in response but will pm as these little boxes aint adequate.

Just that I joined the New Age Fraudsforums a while ago, and found it VERy oppressive. One female mod was on my case from the beginning and locked my thread after shirt shile, and then when I started another thread insulted me and when I defended myself banned me with a very snide last word

This was a shame because I have very much promoted what they were about previously!

  • @zezt A "shirt shile"???? LOL I meant a SHORT WHILE
