Oh that's because I was holding down CTRL to tlak on team speak so I kept running anyway, holding ctrl down forces your character to run.

Not really, it was only average. To be properly good would require for me to max out my melee stats and to have 92+ herblore. Was only my 4th time ever being a PK defender though so I guess on that basis it is okay.
