Plus you can't deny the nutrition you are getting. 4 oz. is the equivilent to the nutrition of 13 servings of fruit and veggies. there's no way I was getting that before. Not to mention the study "Empty Peaches" shows how much less nutritious food is today compared to the 1950's. @anitahenry1 Nutrition is the key to health. It should be common sense but then again our Dr.'s aren't even taught nutrition in medical school. There is a movement for change though. There are so many things that need to change in our countries food safety policies. I would hope that you would take an interest seeing it is your health and your life at risk. @PhysStud2006 and they have a patented freeze drying process that preserves most of the nutrition. Unlike spray drying to freeze that losses up to 70% .... Really makes you want to eat frozen veggies for dinner huh? Most of us have no idea what we are even eating. maltodextrin? guar gum? GMO's (they aren't even labeled) ? aspartame? I had a health inspector tell me that aspartame turns to embalming fluid when it hits the liver! So how in the hell is that legal and in every diet or light product?
